Closes with out any warning for hours. Bad service

They were closed for “late lunch” until 2:40 pm. How are we supposed to know when they are open? Not dependable.

The staff are nice and prompt, but they're really inconsistent and inaccurate with their lunch hours. During Christmas week, they posted a sign saying 1-2 for lunch, and at 2:15 there was still no one there. Other times I'll come in at 12 and there'll be a 12-12:30 lunch sign. Or a 12:30-1. Or 1-1:30. Point is -- don't go anywhere in the middle of the day or they may well be closed.

What has happened to our beloved USPS?! If you have the misfortune to find yourself headed here, bring a bag lunch with you. With one counter staff, your wait can be lengthy except at lunch when there are zero counter staff because, as the sign on the door says they are ,”closed for lunch”. What happened to wind, rain, snow or shine, the mail must go through?! Staff are pleasant and professional once you get to the counter but shame on USPS for Putting them in this position.Never a great experience here.?

Absolute worse PO in the county. 2 counters yet I have never seen another staff member at the other counter during the hokiday rush. Avoid this place at all cost to save you time and headache.

The service is very poor, the staff's attitude is very bad and rude. Their attitude is as if you are begging them to help you send a package. It's like I didn't pay.

First time here and would never come back again. The guy was giving me attitude about me asking him if he needs the QR code that comes with the barcode on the shipping label. Scolded me for not taping my package well enough so I asked for tape but said he don’t have tape with attitude. Then ends up giving me tape. I’m waiting behind a customer at the front and the guy acted all rude about just the package there and telling me I don’t need a receipt so just leave. Then proceeds to be aggressive with my packaging. Not very happy.

The WORST usps I’ve ever been to. There is this girl with a tattoo next to her eyebrow who has an attitude with people for no reason. She talks to people in a condescending tone. She sounds like she’s irritated when u ask for help. While she was ringing me up she was watching a show at the same time and laughing out loud. I’m surprised she isn’t fired. This usps is close to my house but I’ll go out of my way to go to a farther one because the people there are rude.

So bad. I visited here Today at around 3:30pm. I am trying to send a package abroad for the first time. But the staff was annoying me. I don't know his name.I'd like to officially complain to the US post office.

We are down the street from this postal facility and go there fairly regularly. We have always tried to be friendly with the staff there but to no avail. I am sure that courtesy and kindness are not prerequisites for employment by USPS but shouldn't they be? Upon greeting the staff with an emphatic "Good morning! How are you today", the response is usually a poker face and maybe a "what do you need?. I suspect that many people run out at lunch, sacrificing their lunch hour or part of it, to mail something only to find that they are closed for lunch. I know that postal workers need to eat but maybe staffing two people and staggering their lunch breaks would serve the public better and serving the public is what the USPS purportedly does. This makes it really hard to love our postal workers which is what we all grew up doing!

They close for lunch from 1pm-2pm for lunch. They should put that online.

They couldn’t find the address in their system. It was not a new address. The age kept telling me there were others in line and I should recheck the address. I ended up going to another post office to get the letter mailed.

Been coming to this USPS for years and while the service is passable the no-receipt attitude is getting old. Several employees at this location will consistently try to talk me out of getting a receipt for my prepaid packages, or dismiss me after taking my package without doing anything, and often catch an attitude if I insist that I want my receipt. It's ridiculous that asking you do the most essential part of your job requires me to deal with sass and a line of excuses. I need my receipt -Every Time- and I'm going to ask for my receipt -Every Time-.

Clerk working with an altitude and clearly not know what he is doing. I asked for a return label to be put inside the box but the staff told me to tape close my box and went ahead to ship it out one way. Obviously he didn’t understand what I asked and didn’t even bother trying to figure out.
