I have to say this is one of the worst experience I've had trying to buy appliances and installed. We went there 2 weeks ago to buy a stove, dishwasher, and microwave. We selected the items we wanted and since we were getting it installed, we were told we had to have our place inspected to ensure everything will fit. So we had to pay $35 for each item, which would be reimbursed later. A week ago our place was inspected, so we've been waiting for a week and no one calls or anything. Today we go down to Lowe's to inquire on our order, and we find out that the prices we agreed for our items was no longer available and in fact would cost us more. Spoke to the manager Daniella and was told she might be able to get a little discount but not for the cost we agreed on. So we walked out and lost the $105 with a bad experience. We normally shop at Home Depot but figured we'd try Lowe's. What a big mistake, we're going back to Home Depot.

Usually don't have a problem with Lowe's but not too happy right now.

The Lowes store in North East, was the only store in the area that had s now shovels and good ones.

I bought a washing machine today. Cheryl was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Delivery is scheduled for Sunday. Here's hoping it goes smoothly.
