I want to say first of all that the people are nice but unfortunately, being nice doesn’t mean you know how to do your job correctly after spending a large amount of time on the phone with Apple support we were instructed to go to the Apple Store. My mom came up with a very bright idea to go get a new phone since it actually turned out that my current phone was broken after getting my new phone. The people at this T-Mobile started to say how they can’t activate my phone number well on top of that they couldn’t even help me unlock my Apple ID I’m going somewhere with all of this When I went to the Apple Store, not only did they tell me activating your phone number has absolutely nothing to do with your Apple ID but after activating my phone number I was able to get into my Apple ID instantaneously. And this is after even the manager was telling me my account was locked and it wasn’t. I don’t know why the individual who was helping us And told me that he couldn’t activate my phone because the people at the Apple Store call T-Mobile support for us to get the phone activated and then they helped us with the Apple issues. I think it is totally ridiculous that it took an Apple Store rep to do T-Mobile job, which is the easy part activating the phone number. Again the people here are very nice but as previously stated just because you are nice it does not mean you know how to do your job.

There service is trash my internet goes out and then my phone does to which makes no since how does that happened the home internet doesn't work so my phone internet goes out.... I would give 0 stars if I could I'm always haven't trouble with their services.

It is an alright experience if you have time to wait. When you simply need to pay a bill you have to wait long periods of time if a customer ahead of you is buying a new phone or upgrading as they have only one person working usually. Discover cards cannot be used to pay for service plan over the phone service but can be used in store. They need to put a machine inside the store that allows you to pay your bill with that instead of having to wait potentially an hour or longer to do so. Some staff is more knowledgeable about things than others. Yet there is only one person on staff at a timem

This is my first time visiting this particular Metro store. I met Chuckie and Kevin who are among the best metro representatives I have ever worked with!!! Chuckie took his time with me and even let me know some things with my account that needed to be updated that no one had ever informed me about. He was knowledgeable about the services and the products and he was extremely personable even showing me his own phone with the fubotv app that we had been talking about. Kevin was great as well; he took his time setting up my new tablets and answering all my questions. We live closer to two different Metro stores, but both my husband and I feel that we would make the extra trip just to come and see Chuckie and Kevin and get some of their great customer service every time!!! If any managers are reading this review, please know you have two gems in Chuckie and Kevin - so give my homeboys a raise already ?!! Seriously though if I could give more than five stars for this visit I definitely would!! I encourage anyone who is an existing or prospective Metro customer to come into the Northeast store and check these guys out!! You won't regret it!!!

Walked in one night around 7:30 @ NE,MD location to switch my services from total wireless to metro. The sales associate i had was shawn (sorry if name isnt spelled correctly). We delt with a long difficult process of trying to switch my number over because total wireless kept giving us the run around and wrong passcodes for me to be able to switch. We were there until way after 8pm which is what time they had closed. Shawn, regardless of the long frustrating process, remained calm friendly and even humorous. We were all becoming irritated but he was extreamly helpful, was able to switch me over to metro and made an aggitated situation rather pleasant! Probably one of the best sales associates ive ever came across in ANY store let alone phone service providers. He definitely deserves a plate of home cooked baked ziti or some cookies for his patient and friendly service that night! Lol Thank you shawn!
