Fantastic customer service sums this review up.
I had a terrible experience with the guys down the road while looking for high and dry storage for my new boat. The less than polite guy on the phone ruined any chance of ever earning my business. I called in to Shelter Cove and spoke to Melissa who was wonderful. I came in the next day and met Jorge and realized this was the place I wanted to be at. I’m a new boater and everyone on the staff is super helpful and you can tell they genuinely care about their customer’s experience there. Pricing is great, location is great.
My only gripe would be, Jorge why wasn’t I told about the Labor Day shindig people are mentioning in the last few review's? I’m just kidding.

Big Thank You to Jorge and all the crew members at SCYB. My wife and I attended the 2024 Labor Day festivities hosted by Jorge and the crew and it was a 5-star event. It was refreshing and fun to engage with many of the crew in a casual setting. The food was awesome and we even got to meet some new fellow SCYB boaters. Thanks for all you do...Keep up the great work (making a difference)!!!

Great marina! The people are amazing! The managers Jorge and Melissa and other staff are very helpful! Yesterday 's Labor Day party was so much fun! They take the time to plan events to make Shelter Cove a family as well as a marina!

All I can say is Jorge and the staff at shelter cove are the best. We have been here for two years and the staff this year have done an excellent job. They finally have started to do things for the good of the marina. We love it here and they are the best.

Switched marinas mid Summer 2022 due to rates. Could not be any happier. Helpful staff, clean and well maintained facilities. Friendly people. Quiet setting. Looking forward to season ‘23 and many after.10/10 would recommend.

We purchased a SailFish 245DC from Galahad Marine. Mr. Stephen Parker - whose business card has his title as, "Crew Member" was our sales representative. His decades of experience, love for his work, and laser sharp customer focus made the entire experience more enjoyable than we could have predicted. He patiently and expertly answered every one of our questions and promptly responded to any follow up ones. I never thought I'd provide a five-star recommendation to any boat dealer but this one deserves the rating. Keep on doing what you do, Mr. Parker. You're a credit to the industry.

Just bought a boat through Steve Parker. It was a long process, but Steve was extremely responsive and consistently would respond to my emails/calls/texts, sometimes within minutes. Even after the sale was completed, Steve was able to locate additional boat keys for me and placed them on the boat before I took it out of the marina.
