The staff is very friendly and nice, Not sure what the issue is with this place losing my packages. Scanned my package July 1st and then it just disappears. Customer got a refund and I lose $180 and my product I shipped. I shouldn't have to track down my packages after I ship them. Whoever Victoria is called me from this location and when I call back I can't get through to anyone. This place is a joke.

I have lived in North East for over 30 years and the postal workers have always friendly and helpful. I went to drop off a letter but the envelope had not stayed stuck. I asked for piece of tape & she said she would have to charge me, I know that would be the policy for taping a box, but this was a 1 1/2 inches of tape. Not a good experience!!!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give this place 0 stars. Moved into a new neighborhood a month ago which has a community mailbox which we have yet to have access to smh. First they lost the key, now being told that they have a lock on order, I mean seriously how long does it take to get a keyed lock lol.

If I could give 0 stars I would simply because of the customer service, went to this location today and was treated horrible by one of the associates, a special thank you though to the young lady with red hair I wasn’t able to get her name, she was so polite, and appeared to be new but the lighter skin woman with a accent, a scarf, and a mean jaw chewing her gum so hard, giving me the death stare no greeting or anything, she should be fired since she HATES her job so much, just ignorant and rude with no regard for her coworker or customers.

Awful place to ship your stuff from 3rd thing I’ve shipped out of this place that had to be returned to me because of damages absolutely horrific mind you I have shipped out of this place only 4 times smh awful service don’t go here

The lady who waited on me was very nice and friendly she helped me with a couple of things I had to handle there today. Especially the coa. They're friendly and helpful at the northeast post office.

Been waiting on cards for 3 weeks it showed it was being delivered 2 weeks ago i call them and they give me the run around saying it may not have came yet.. my mail has been placed in wrong box numerous times.. ive even had packages sent back to sender due to them putting in wrong box.. everytime i call i get a attitude and told that mail carrier has been doing it 20 years i doubt shed do that
