Absolutely terrible experience. Will never return and hope to spare others from trying them by reading this. Tech must have clicked the mouse 3000 times stalling to get “help” from someone more qualified. Attempted to over charge and then didn’t even have product in stock. What a nightmare.Zero stars Walgreens - do better.

Deny disabled service connected veterans any heavy duty pain meds. Had 10 teeth pulled and VA does not cover dental so was paying out of pocket then was refused to have my prescription filled due to no insurance. Never been so insulted in my life guess I have to drive into elsmere Delaware VA to get a prescription filled from my oral surgeon

Absolutely awful!!! I thought I switched all my perscriptions out of Wallgreens but my dr missed one and sent my refill here ?. Haven't been able to pick my perscription for a week now!!! They're NEVER open when I'm off work to go!!! Closed by 6pm M-F, Closed Weekend's!?!?! Its ridiculous how they think they can continue to run a business this way! Tried to leave a message tonight to cancel my perscription and transfer it to my new pharmacy...can't even leave a message!? Recording tells me to call the "new" pharmacy and they can handle the transfer..... this is true but the new pharmacy needs to speak to the pharmacist here 1st because it's already filled and processed through my insurance!!!! Idiots!!! If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would!!! So frustrating

Would give this a complete zero but unfortunately, am not able. However, I am not sure what is going with customer service skills but no one in this pharmacy has any customer service skills at all. I work as a nurse and was attempting to help a client, the pharmacist Lenore?, was rushing me, very inpatient and had an awful attitude. This is someone's life and if you don't want to be a pharmacist then please go find another career. Medications are important in the treatment of many things. Prolonging care does more damage to my client's than anything else. I just think that the next time one of them come into work, to thinking about the lives you may be saving and caring for when dispensing their medications.

Worst pharmacy ever. They make their own hours, not open on weekends, it's a roll of the dice if they are open on a day to day basis. I don't understand how this is acceptable from such a big chain.

Had surgery today. Several hours later, my wife called the Walgreens to make sure my prescription was there. "Oh we don't have that," was the answer. Not once did they consider calling the patient or the doctor.

Pharmacy is only open Mon-Fri 930-6. Ridiculous for anyone who works full-time. How am I supposed to pick up my prescriptions? Going back to Rite Aid.

This pharmacy is horrible. Whomever works in this pharmacy should get re-trained or fired, if they cant get trained properly. customer service is the worse. They don't have no idea what they doing. When you have questions they don't have an answer for you let alone find the meds the doctor's sends. They always have an attitude. They suppose to be trained to the best of their abilities if this is the best then it sucks. I just want to make clear that it's only this walgreen that I have had 4 bad experiences so far in 5 months. I think if corporate cares then they will have to look closely at their staff and retrained. Because clearly there's a lot of comments with the same problem. It's time to take action.

I switched from wal mart pharmacy to Walgreens. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! They have been out of one particular medicine for 3 months. I finally had to switch to CVS to be able to get it. Other pharmacies in the area carry this med except for them. I was called and told I had a med ready for pickup, went in to get it and was told I took too long so they put it back. This was all in the same day. It seems everyone in the pharmacy has a bad attitude and the service is the slowest anywhere I have ever been.

I scheduled a flu shot for 2:30. I showed up at 2:15 and waited in line for twenty minutes only to be told that I would have to wait another half an hour. What is the point of scheduling appointments if you are not going to honor them???? Ridiculous.
