I placed a food order for delivery between 4-5 pm. It was delayed twice. The rescheduled time was between 9-10 pm. I chatted with customer service in their site to request a change for next day delivery since me and my family would be in bed and refrigerated and frozen food cannot sit on my porch overnight in 90 degree temps not to mention night time critters getting into our food and was told I couldn’t reschedule. My other options were to wait or cancel, I had no choice but to cancel. My money would take up to 48 hrs to be refunded. Called 800 number to complain, was told driver was on the way with most of my food. It’s now 10:30 pm and no food and now I have to wait 2 days to reorder. I needed that food for my kids today not in 2 days. Best part…they’re going to ship my ice cream and pork chops. I understand that $600 is nothing to them but it’s a certainly a lot to me.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order for delivery in the morning of 7/7/25 for delivery between 4-6 pm. 6 pm came and went. I went to the app and it said it was delayed . No big deal. By 10 pm I hadn't gotten a text or notification about the order. App still said delayed. I wake up to an email that said they were sorry my order was delayed to please choose a new delivery time or switch to pickup. Again not a tragedy. I click the link to do that and it takes me to my order in the app and the only option is to cancel the order. I have 3 things that were being shipped they all say on the way. I call the store to try and figure out what is going on. I get the automated message and press 4 for the online pickup and delivery department. It rings and rings and rings then some one picks up and asks how may I direct your call? I explain the situation she said let me transfer you over. It rings and rings and rings. The associate comes back on and said that it appears that that department phone is not working. She gives me a cell number to call. It rings and rings and rings . I finally get a voice-mail answer that they can't get to the phone, please leave a message. The mailbox is full. At this point I cancel my order as it is the only option that is available. The app informed me that some of the order was pending. I call the main number 3 more times before I get an associate. I explained the situation to her. She says hold on I will page them overhead. Ok no problem. I wait and wait I hear the phone pickup and then immediately put on hold again. I was on there for 6 minutes and the call was ended but not from me. I make several more calls to the main number to try and figure out what is going on. My app still says my order is delayed. There is a substantial hold on my debit card and I am beyond frustrated. As of now I have wasted 45 minutes of my time. In that 45 minutes I could have shopped, checked myself out and almost home. I have to ask myself why do I pay for this service. It doesn't appear that the store can handle the volume of deliveries.

All the prices are HIGHER for this location. Lots of staff. Many items low or out of stock with the upcoming 4th of July.

Very large Walmart. The customer service was great but the place was kind of dumpy. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There were carts all over and trash in the parking lot. Also, half of the self checkouts were broken.

Beautiful and very clean , the aisle are easy to get through in Baltimore they have stuff all in the aisles you can't get threw its awful but I love this store very nice

If you want to make self check out 15 items or less. 1 enforce it. Stop letting employees let the people they know do whatever they want. 2 have enough people working the regular registers ro accomodate. This place is terrible now. 30 employees just walking around doing nothing. 2 people working the registers.
