Hours are not 24 hours as I sit here at 3:30 am the gentleman seen me try to enter the store no notification that they will be closed or that the door is locked.

Very rude cashier, I actually said thank you to myself for shopping there. They allow people to loiter in front so it doesn't necessarily seem the safest.

Whole reason I came in was to get cash back on a purchase. Asked beforehand if they did cash back and he said yes. The machine did not give me the option and he just shrugged.

This location my card info was skimmed off their register back in June . Based of their reviews this has been going on for a while. I went in store and they have new registers now in July and act as if they don’t know anything about it. Over 500 was stolen

My husband stopped in to get a drink, don’t usually go to this one (not in our area). My husband told me when he got back in the car “That is the cleanest 7-11 I have ever been to”!

Watch them when cashing in lottery scratch off's. He told me it wasn't a winner. Clearly it was. So i thought i got a dud. Took it back to call lottery headquarters. Got home, scanned it on my phone app. say's it was already paid. They stole my money. This was just $5. If they did this to about 1 in 5 people then that would be a nice chunk of change. SMH

Store attendant is Kasa. I have had several horrible services from this particular employee. Not the others. Today, he decided to charge me the full price of coffee instead of the 7/11 Reward special ($2.00 for donut and any size coffee). They failed to not have selected donuts in store. That is NOT the consumer's fault. He said they did not have the round donuts at the time so he had to charge me regular price for the coffee. This attendant has always had an attitude with me and this morning he did not hesitate to reflect it again.

They had a special on buying 2 candy bars at a lower price special on every shelf of the candy aisle across the entire display. At the register my kids got two of the same bar that was exactly as mentioned on the signs. It didn't ring up lower price. I told the cashier who came all the way around the counter to see the signs (they were visible from register) who pointed out the candy I was buying sat in between two of the same exact signs that lined the shelves back to back. I said the signs say "all" and literally the same type was sitting behind the signs too. He then acted like he couldn't understand me and shrugged. I told him they needed to take the signs down if they weren't going to honor them and that he knew it wasn't right. Again, no response or anything. With 2 kids I got them both anyway which I am kicking myself for now because I should have just left. I really wish I had. The money isn't the issue it's the principle and the attitude. Lately I see a lot of places listing one price then the register charges more and it is an "oh well" to the customer. That is just wrong. Won't be going to this location again.
