I live out of state and my vehicle would not start. It was night time. I had AAA tow it to their service center and hoped for the best. Not knowing when it could be fixed or how much this would cost, I was very worried. The center at White Marsh put me at ease from my first call. The vehicle was fixed very quickly...I needed a starter and the cost was acceptable. It was expensive but all car repairs are these days. I was treated very fairly and that's all anyone can ask.

Moved to Philly and needed to get my car registered. AAA was amazing overall. The process of getting my ‘electronic’ title from my previous state was the hardest part. AAA had the wrong fax number and I had to follow up several times both with my vehicle financier and AAA. I was in a rush due to my registration expiring in the same month in the previous state. After getting my title, the process moved along incredibly smoothly. David in the title department, Regina and Jason in the insurance department and Juan in the mechanic shop took care of all my business in a few hours. I recommend getting an appointment ahead of time for everything including your inspection. Overall, it was a smooth process. I’ve been a AAA member for over 40 years and the company always seems to deliver a quality experience. Thanks!

I am definitely use to a different AAA experience than I received here. Usually they really check over your car refill all the low fluids lube everything with your oil change. Not at this AAA I was very disappointed. Not even a printout of the checks they performed.

I have received the absolute worst customer service that I have received in my life from this location. On Monday 8/28/2023 at 3:43pm, I left out of my job and had a flat tire. I called AAA for assistance and the driver arrived in a AAA van at 4:44pm. He proceeds to remove my tire and put on my spare & at some point during this process, he breaks one of my lug nuts or bolts or whatever it's called. Accidents happen. He called his supervisor who advised that I should not drive the vehicle and should go to a tire repair shop. The supervisor advises me that they will be paying for the repair. I ask the driver to just follow me 1.1miles to a AAA care care center so that we can get it repaired. We get to the AAA car care center around 5:30pm and upon walking in, we are greeted by a gentleman who directs us over to the car care counter. When we get to the counter, after standing there for maybe 2 minutes and not being acknowledged, another customer comes in behind us. At that point, both of us are acknowledged and we tell them what is going on and that I need service. The gentleman behind us is there to pick up his car. The staff member proceeds to say that he is going to check out the guy BEHIND ME and will then help me. WHAATTTT???? Once they start my write-up, they point out that it's now close to 6pm closing time so of course, they will have to look at my car tomorrow (Tuesday). Fast forward to Tuesday, it's 1:30pm and I have not heard from anyone with a status or anything. I call and get in the queue for a call back when someone is available. Fast forward to 3pm and then 3:30p, I still have not heard from anyone. Finally at 5:08pm someone calls me from the AAA car care center just to tell me that they were not able to get to my car and it will be "next" first thing Wednesday morning. Wednesday comes and it's 12:30pm and I have not heard from anyone, so I call for a status update. No answer. At 1:59pm, I get a call back from someone finally BUT he is advising me that they STILL HAVE NOT LOOKED AT MY CAR but it's next. So they have had my car for 17.5 working hours and no one has looked at anything. AND I made the terrible mistake of googling how long this repair should take and it said less than an hour. This cannot be real life!!! At 5:17pm, I call back again, can't get anyone on the line, select a different option and the AAA rep tries to get someone at the car care center. She is able to get someone on the line who says that he JUST got my work order in his hand and my service is complete. Wonderful right? Nope! So the supervisor of the rep that broke the lug nut is paying for the service. So I let the guy know this AGAIN (as this information was provided when we dropped the car off and they provided them with his number to call him when they are ready to receive payment) and he says to me that he will give that person a call TOMORROW to receive the payment! NO....I want my car today. NOW the AAA car care center worker, can't figure out what he is supposed to do to be able to take the payment. At this point, I am beyond IRATE and I advise him just to ask someone else or call someone else on the phone for assistance because I would like to pick up my car as I have been stranded at home for 2 days with no car and unable to go to work. No, I can't just uber or lyft the hour to work because then I would be submitting a reimbursement "request" to AAA which could be denied which would further send me over the edge. I even looked up public transportation which would take over 3 hours with a combination of walking, bus, train and lyft. He tells me that he is there alone, has other customers that he needs to assist and does not know who to call nor have the ability to call anyone for assistance because he left his phone at home. I have to be being punked. Needless to say, I will NEVER visit again nor would I advise anyone to use this location. I would drive up interstate 95 with no wheel and flames coming from my car before I ever set foot at this location again!!

This is a great office, came in for my tires to be installed, Greg was very helpful with different options, Lori (Membership Specialist) and Valerie (Travel Agent) were super helpful staff members and had amazing resources to share with me. Definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Rusty, at the intro desk, provided me terrific service today when I went in for an International Driver’s Permit. He was friendly and efficient and a pleasure to chat with. 15 minutes in and out. Great. Thanks

The quality and customer service is a joke and this is completely not worth the money. I went online to get a tow truck at 4:50PM and received a text at that time an approximate arrival of 5:46PM at 5:12PM received a message that the truck would arrive at 6:26PM. At 6:23PM received a call from the driver they would arrive in 20 minutes. Finally at 8:00PM after no further contact from the driver or AAA I called to find the status. The representative told me the driver came and could not tow the car because it was inaccessible because cars were parked around it. This was a TOTAL LIE!!!!!!!!!!!! The car is the last car parked before a no stopping area from it to the corner which has been empty all day and night. If the person actually showed up respectful customer service would have suggested I receive a call to let me know the situation that I could have rectified since there was nothing in front of the vehicle. Just another example of paying for something where the provider does not care about the customer.

Very unprofessional and rude! I went inside AAA for an appt I had @5:00. This was my first time in there. Nobody greeted me. This man (Glenn Wychryst) was at the desk, looked at me multiple times, continued his conversation with somebody that was done their service, and still didn’t say anything. One man walked out of the office and asked was I helped yet and pointed me where to go. As I walk towards the desk, Glenn STILL doesn’t acknowledge me. The other man started to call Glenn’s name as i’m waiting for him to approach me. Then Glenn acts like he sees me. Towards the end of my appt, I bring out my phone to take a picture of the business card, then Glenn wants to start using his good customer service by saying “have a good evening”. This is very unacceptable and I will not be wasting my time at AAA white marsh again.

Treated horribly by the assistant manger. He did not address any of my concerns or questions. He was condescending and treated me as if I was nothing. He literally ignored me and walked away from the front counter on two separate occasions. I asked why would I need a battery replacement after 1 year and feat would cause a battery to die so soon he yelled “Idk why we have to test it” I awaited testing asked again. And received the same response, he walked away on the phone and when he returned he still failed to acknowledge me. I am a blank woman so I felt a very racist as well as sexist vibe. I’m sure my brother would not have gotten this treatment. Nor a different color woman. I would never EVERR come back but I am going to get my battery because I have a warranty but from here on I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER ??♀️Service: General repairs & maintenance

We got towed to this location last week after breaking down on I95 and from the second they opened in the morning they were nothing but helpful. We were not from the area or even the state and Tim did everything he could to make us as happy as possible given the diagnosis (new engine). The amazing mechanic spent time trying to figure out what was wrong (I didn’t get his name but thank you) and in the end we had to tow it back to NY. Cheryl also helped us with a rental car which we couldn’t have done without her as it was damn near impossible to find a car rental that was just a one way to a different state. We felt so lucky given our bad luck with the car, that we ended up here with the nicest/most helpful people and it definitely made things so much easier for us. We’re not from the area so we won’t be back but definitely recommend this location and this staff, thank you for everything !Service: Auto engine diagnostic
