I went in there knowing I was doing the “up next anytime” thing. I thought I’d be there for HOURS, but Keonna was VERY knowledgeable and had me up and running with a new phone. Trading in my old one, setting up the new one, getting a few accessories, and I was out the door in under an hour!! Great job Keonna!!
I HIGHLY recommend the White Marsh location for ANYTHING AT&T!

Tee was excellent I would up with a very severe virus and she did not give up until all my info to my new. iPhone.iwas transferred . It was a timely tiprocess and she Did not give up until all my info was transferred. An excellent employee. She kept my son and I informed all the way. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. We had a great experience with Tee! Even though the store was swamped she took her time with us and answered all our questions. While also helping other customers at the same time. She was kind, fast and efficient.

Waited an hour and 30 minutes and still wasn’t helped. This location would rather their customers waits hours than hire more people who can help Absolutely ridiculous. Peoples time should not be wasted like that.

Malcolm and Keonna were tremendous — we have had the BEST experience with these professionals! We had issues setting up an Apple Watch for our daughter and they both walked us through all the steps— and more — when we hit any roadblocks. We will only return to this store and ask for them by name! Give them RAISES they are gems!!!

This is the best At&T iv ever been too. Usually I'm skeptical with any stores, everyone looking to make a sale. But let me say, T and the Team at this place really made us life time customers. Me and wife recently got sold on phones at Walmart unfortunately the At&t REP, really screwed me over. And T really saves me
And wife She really stood by her word every day she work on resolving our issue that someone at Walmart wearing At&t screwed us. Beware of At&t employee walking around Walmart target or any non branch store. I did not know they do not know everything instead they are, there just to make a dollar. THANK YOU again this will be my new home for At&T store. TRUST goes a long way and I trust this team knowing I will leave happy and not worrie about getting screwed. Best service if I could give more than 5 stars i would 💯.
