When I shop at a brick-and-mortar store, my solitary expectation is to have an item in hand more quickly than I would if ordering delivery. This store now keeps shelves bare. They require a customer to scan a code and place an order online, from inside the store, and then wait on an associate to find and fetch the item from their inventory. And oops, they swapped their QR codes, so I ordered the wrong item and had to try again. I typed this review forty-five minutes into my attempt at a run-in-run-out purchase, as I spent most of the time waiting on an associate to search their stock. It remains to be seen whether they even have the headphones, since the stock count on their website was apparently wrong. *edit* they did not have them.

The service has gone down, hardly enough employees to cover the floor, and the manager literally said, "That's how it is since COVID."

I am always in Best buy. As a techie I see value in open box sales.

I'm pretty sure no one works here. I've been in this location a couple of times, and it's almost impossible to get assistance. Today I was waiting in line to checkout in the only lane that was open. Apparently, that is also their customer service desk because I had to wait for about 5 minutes while they got another customer a land line so they could make a phone call. No big deal. Then what looked to be a manager came up and adressed the issue and instead of helping the lone cashier she just made it a point to address the now ridiculously large line of people waiting on the proper line waiting etiquette. She seemed less than useful. The moral of this story don't come into this location unless you have a substantial amount of time to stand around waiting on assistance. I'd suggest you pack a lunch because you're going to be there for a while.

Very few employees working the floor to help you at White Marsh location. I went there to purchase a TV that their website said 2 were in stock. However, the 2 tv's in stock could not be found. Had to travel to another store in Towson. What a difference, people on the floor to help. Got better service here in Towson. What a difference

For such a large store the shelves were empty. Poor stock control
