“Such a pleasant experience here! They were able to explain to me what needed to be done, get the parts quickly and have my vehicle ready ahead of the time estimated. They even threw in some other things I needed done for my car. I can’t recommend them enough!
Update: Went back again for a second visit even though I had moved out of town. Dealership was going to take several days to repair and I just cannot be without my car. Eastwood fixed my car in 3 hours instead of days and I paid half what the dealership had quoted me. I would give 3000 stars if I could.”

This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. The team was incredible knowledgeable and patient.”

“My driver's side door would not open fully. I took my car to Rathell and he took one look at the door and knew exactly what to do. He stepped back inside, reemerged with a tool that looked like a pancake spatula, and popped the door back into place. It took him less than 10 seconds to fix the issue and did it on the house. If I ever need body work, then I am definitely coming back to Rathell Motors Collision Repair. They are the kind of mechanics a girl needs!”

“Had a great experience working with Yoon's Body Shop . I know that there is a popular perception that body shops are not great to work with. Either the work is not done right, takes too long, costs more than was expected, and the experience with the staff leave something to be desired. Totally the opposite with Peter and the staff at Yoon's.They carefully assessed the damage, went over the details, did all of the work with my insurance company, and then proactively reached out to me when they knew they were going to have delays. It was our first experience with Perry Hall Auto Body shop but we were very happy with the repair work and customer service. Think they even washed our car for us when it was done. Insurance paid for damage but pricing seemed fair. Car was ready when they said and was very convenient to where we live. Would use them again if needed.”
