This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with Comcast. They messed up my bill promised me a refund. Then denied my refund but signed me up for a new service all while my actual service is still not working

I spent 20 hours of my time over 4 days dealing with Xfinity service over the phone. I had no service and needed support. Every person I spoke with couldn't understand what the previous rep wrote. At this point I'm frustrated and pissed.I went to the Xfinity store, spoke with Tee, and was able to gain full clarity of what was going on with my account and service. She was knowledgeable and sincere about helping me. Thanks Tee! This store is great!HOWEVER(Xfinity needs to spend the money to effectively train their staff. And work on limiting the amount of constraints you place on your customers)

The store moved their location to The Avenue. They are now located on the corner near Ulta. Next door to The Loft and across from The Curious Oyster. Still, they have cool employees, and there wasn't a wait at all. I was immediately assisted as I walked into the building. I was there maybe 2 minutes. Can't beat that.

How do I escalate a construction issue? I requested internet from Comcast back in July 2021. I was told I would have the line ran by September 18. On August 4, I got a message that said the work was complete. When the installation guy came out he said the lines weren’t run and they ran my line to my neighbor’s house. I tried to re-open my ticket, but then was told I had to start the process over. It’s been a nightmare! On October 27th I paid Comcast $852.87. Took me forever to get an answer on why it was so much. Now here it is over 30 days later and no one can tell me when the work will be done. All I keep hearing is all the other jobs the construction team has and I don’t care…finish the job I paid you to do!!!

There is nothing wrong with the facility or establishment located here, however the business residing in here which is currently Comcast is an all around terrible company. Not only are they mismanaged here, they show a blatant disregard for race and disabilities. Employees are fired here on the regular for the wrong reasons and then told that Maryland is an at will state and there is nothing you can do about it. This definitely shows through the services they now provide.

I've had comcast internet (only internet and the lowest possible speed. No TV or phone) for 4 years. When they raised my bill to over $80, which is outrageous, I called in to request it be lowered. After about an hour and no budging, I said just cancel it. Of course then somehow they were able to lower my bill. I specifically asked them, will this put me under contract again (I'm selling my house), they of course assured me it wouldn't. Spoiler alert, it did. 3 months later I call to cancel and they put me under contract without my consent. Just filed a claim with the BBB. If you have ANY options other than comcast, go with them. They are completely unethical.

I recommend not signing any contracts agreements with xfinity!They do not keep their word and their service is the worst I have ever seen!

Great place to work. Training is very thorough and pay and benefits are excellent. They have a nice little store in the lunchroom, but it only accepts cards. Chick fil a comes on mondays to do catering.

Seriously considering cutting this company loose at this point. They have me heated right now. I'm really fed up at the lastest screw up that I am still dealing with. I paid my bill as always a couple of weeks ago electronically as I've always paid it. Unbeknownst to me, Xfinity have changed customer account numbers meaning my payment went to a now nonexistent account. I did not receive no type of notification of this change ahead of time so I could make the correction on my end for online billing so something like this wont happen. And if my account number has changed, why was the new number not listed on the physical bill? My actual bill still has my now old account number. The notification I get from them letting me know my bill is ready to view still has the now old account number on it. I made my payment ahead of time before its due not knowing of this change and nobody from comcast can tell me where the payment went. All they can do put in a service ticket and have someone "research" it and get back to me. And they keep giving me the run around. It went somewhere because it was deducted from my bank account and it was not sent back to the bank. Then when I found out from my bank when it was sent back, the date of return was completely different from these dishonest company told me. I am not going to pay it again especially when I paid it already and way before the due date so shut off due to not paying should be out of the equation. I would get rid of them first before they shut off anything on me. I have all of my dated paperwork showing proof it was paid, well before the due date and proof that the account numbers changed without my knoweledge. So angry at this point, this company is just outright lousy, not helpful,dishonest and money hungry. I can go on and on. If you are in an area that have other TV options, go with them and not these people. They refuse to acknowledge their screw up and they are not honest.
