My husband and I started at Corelife one month ago and have been very pleased! Susie, the office manager, is very enthusiastic and is always pleased to see the clients. The front desk staff, Paige and Desiree are on top of things, both extremely friendly and terrific to chat with. Kathleen, the nurse practitioner and Jen, the dietitian are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of our efforts! We really appreciate their excitement in our progress and all of the wisdom they are providing to us. They are giving us the confidence to succeed. Tsunami, the personal trainer is ever ready with our workout routines and provides excellent instruction! He makes the exercise time fly by because he is so much fun!We have lost weight and are both on track to meet our goals. Weight loss medication can be an option but it was not pushed on us, nor are we using it. We are grateful to the entire team and look forward to every visit!

RUN!!!!This was a waste of time and money. Once you add the co-pays to the monthly gym and group fees this is no more helpful then monitoring your own weight and joining a gym with some sort of accountability. Save your money. The staff were friendly but not really helpful. It seemed everything was about what I wanted. Perhaps one does not know what is best for them. I came here at the suggestion of a wellness person with my insurance who had a pt in the past who attended another location. I came with the expectation that I would be provided with resources and recommendations on how I could achieve the weight loss I desired but I all I received were fees and "what do you want". Dr. Nowzaradan does not ask the patient what they want to do...he tells them what they need to do. All he needs to know is that they are ready to do the work. I am ready but this experience was deflating.Even worse I received a bill after asking to be discharged. I called to address the bill as they use some type of third party for billing. The lady was rude and told me she was sending an email with information I needed. I tried the information she provided via email it didn't work. Told me to hold and hung up never to call back.

Staff is nice enough, but the main goal of the office seems to be pushing Ozempic.The billing team there is horrible. None of my appointments seem to have been processed until late last year and I paid what I thought was my final statement in December of 2022 only to be sent to collections for an appointment that wasn't on the "final" report. The collector hasn't been able to prove that I owe the amount due and now I'm starting to get new statements in 2023 from CoreLife. These appointments are at full amount with no insurance payment - I guess they took too long to submit the claims.

The staff at Core Life have been a joy to work with. I especially love Amanda at the front desk. She is friendly and very helpful!The Nurse Practitioner, Kathleen, very knowledgeable and Jen the Nutritionist takes great care to ensure that I understand how to eat and prepare healthy meals. I also have signed up for personal training sessions and have been going for a month now. The trainer, Andrew, designs fun work outs for me each week! And, he is also a great motivator. My only recommendation for this location is that they get the television equipment working. It would also be beneficial to add a licensed social worker to the care team.

The staff is awesome and understanding. The gym facility is amazing and Andrew makes a workout feel like fun and not work. The dietitian and NP are always helpful and make this journey simple,. The front desk is always helpful for any questions or issues that come up. I would totally recommend this place .

Edit as of 11/28/22I went to cancel my appointment for 11/21, but when I called them, it had already been canceled not per my authorization. I receive another bill stating that I am "seriously passed due and will be sent to collections." When I previously talked to billing, she said she would be a note in my chart stating that I was sending out a payment but that obviously did not happen. It's a shame, this was a great place to go but not anymore due to billing. Let's see how long it takes them to get back to me this time.The dietician, nurse practitioner and staff are great. My issue is now with billing. They charged me with several late fees but they never sent me statements before adding late fees so I could actually pay. No one will answer the phone at headquarters. I’ve left 2 voicemails of which no one has answered me after 24 hours. I’ve even tried talking to the operator and other options through the recording but no one answers. I even tried emailing the email that was given to some of these reviews and no one will answer. Im cancelling my appointments and not coming back. Don’t go here.

Exercise with Andrew is awesome. Amanda and Jasmine at the front desk not only are pleasant but efficient. Jennifer the dietician is chock full of good suggestions and recording what I eat is very easy on the app

Being apart of the CoreLife program was one of the best decisions i’ve made for my health. The nurse practitioner and dietitian were very thorough in every visit. I learned a lot of great information about nutrition and created healthy habits that I can use for the rest of my life. Losing weight is a hard journey to make, the staff at CoreLife made the journey for me a lot easier with their guidance and genuine care. If you are serious about making a change in your life, I would highly recommend seeing Jennifer, Kathleen, and Robbin.

Everyone who works here is very helpful and polite. It's a great program for those who have a difficult time staying on track to lose weight. CoreLife teaches you a lifestyle change rather than a fad diet.
