My rental was very nice! Jessica was great! So polite and patient with me and my insurance company. She was professional and empathetic which added to the quality of my experience and helped ease my frustration with State Farm. I appreciate all her hard work. Give that woman a raise, she deserves it!

I always rent from the Belair Rd Enterprise in Nottingham MDThey are alway nice and what ever problem I might have with a car they never make wait for a replacementThey are very friendly and a joy to visit withThank to Jessica

Being a faithful and consistent customer at this enterprise I will no longer be a customer. This weekend I had trouble with their vehicle, I called them to report the issue and they sent me to a location to trade in the vehicle. They said they would call the branch to let them know I was trading in the vehicle. Needless to say, they never called. I waited an hour and call them to let them know they never sent notification. They told me to call roadside. I called roadside they sent me to another location. This branch did not have vehicles either. I waited over 3 hours at this location with my 77 year old handicapped mother. They then suggested for me to drive the current vehicle with the rare brakes sensor light on. They even suggested me to take the vehicle to Pep Boys and get it serviced. I called this branch to let them know what was going on. They could care less even asked “what am I supposed to do”. No sense of empathy. Fast forward, I missed my weddings rehearsal and dinner for a close family member. And wasted an entire day. I eventually received another vehicle. I returned it this morning. I went to the branch. No one moved, welcomed me or anything. I then asked for a manager and the Assistant Manager came to talk to me. The two guys sat in the back without any concern. After hearing what happened a female walked out of the office. She was the Branch manager. Why didn’t she acknowledge the bad experience I had? Why didn’t the two men in the back apologize for their actions. If I were white they would’ve treated me differently. I feel discriminated against. I will contact the corporate office. If you’re black try another location. They changed staff and they’re really racist here. They had the black manage assist the black customer.

What Enterprise Nottingham deserves is a zero star. My car had a mechanical emergency, which was not safe to keep driving with my 1 year old. I booked a reservation, and Jen , Kansas told me my total was $200 WITH taxes and fees for an economy OR compact car. I literally live 2 mins from this location and walked away without a car. Here's Brandon, to pull the old bait and switch claiming that he doesn't have the vehicle Jen book 15 mins prior to my arrival and wanted me to pay the difference. I assured him lack of efficiency in their operations is not my fault and that he should , out of courtesy, honor the smaller size rate(as other rental companies do). After pleading my case, he decides to honor the rate then tries to tell me i owe $500 not $200. I advised him to give Jen a call in Kansas to sort out their discrepancy and wished him Happy Thanksgiving. I will never ever do business with Enterprise. I have had much, much better service with Avis or Budge. I came here because my car is literally unsafe to drive. But God bless Brandon for trying to get more money out of me even as I stoop in his store with a baby on my hip.

It's been a long time since I've rented a vehicle from enterprise but this last visit there was a good experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only downside is they charge a $300 deposit on top of the cost of the rental. Of course you get it back once you bring the vehicle back but I think this is a steep cost for a deposit when they already get the cost of the vehicle upfront. I also don't think if a person already carry car insurance that they charge a deposit.

I picked a vehicle for a insurance claim and they gave me a truck which had bad alignment and pulled steering on one direction more.I asked them to call me to change the vehicle and they never did.I even stopped but twice so that they could actually switch my vehicle but no the front blonde lady was rude and not nice at all.The male representative was at least courteous enough .Not going there again.

I got on rental for one day on $24 per day and I returned same day on another location in Same condition But when I checked my account they charged m $629.15. I suggest don’t go to them. Very bad experience.

I’m only giving them a one star because that the lowest I can go. Everyone else there had okay customer service BUT their branch manager Hailey was very unprofessional. Had a little misunderstanding over the phone and instead of Ms Hailey the branch manager helping me to understand she directly hung the phone up without any confirmation. When I called back to speak with her one of the other staff member said she was unavailable to speak with me. The branch manager is supposed to be a representation of enterprise however she did not representation the company well and did not set a good example
