Dave, the Manager, helped us on our first visit and walked us to our locker to show us how to use the door and the lock. The area was very clean. So far we are very impressed.

The facility itself is easily accessible, clean, well-lit, easy to use. It is a very good storage facility with multiple size options. However, do not fall for their online/web deals. No matter how closely you read the fine print, what remains is that they retain the right to increase your rate. We signed on at a great deal that was not a first month promotion or anything, only to get a postcard four months later that the rate would be doubling because of "industry standards" or something like that. I contacted the facility, and I expressed my frustration at such bait-and-switch tactics. I was able to get a better rate for awhile, but just sign your contract with the clear understanding that any promotional deal, even if not explicitly defined, will only be applied for an arbitrary timeframe.
