The hours on the door, and the Google listing said they opened at 11 AM on Tuesday. Sat there for 15 minutes after 11 still no one showed up. Not good.

I took my Seiko watch for repair. The automatic watch was not recharging after a day of use. After paying $220, the watch still does not recharge enough. It only recharges for one night after wearing it for one day. After a second day of wearing, the next morning it was dead, no recharge. They do not refund. The lady said that is an old watch, and I have to manually recharge it. So, what was the $220 repair gone?

I can't speak to the quality of services however I can speak to the price, I went in to get a set of rings sized, I was quoted 200 dollars (100 for each) with a 2 day turnaround time. I wasn't expecting it to cost that much so I walked further down the mall to see if I could get a better price. I actually got the best price!!!! Luxe jewelers resized the rings for 40 dollars total for the set! Same turnaround time and I'm super happy with the product. (I did not purchase the rings from either establishment).

I just wanna say, take a pictures in all angles of any jewelry you bring here before it is repaired. Very unhappy. Nuff said.

Took a Bulova Oceanographer here for a band swap. They stole my factory spring bars for my silicone straps, which are hard to come by. (Fat Spring Bars for 19mm lug silicone bands are a premium hard to find thing.) I suppose I should have checked the baggy of old parts right then at the counter, but I thought they wouldn't have stolen from me, guess from now on even high rated establishments you gotta check.

Had a great experience here. The watch my wife gave me for our engagement had stopped working. They had it fixed and in working order within 15 minutes. I'd definitely recommend them.

The other customers complaining about price must not consider the shop owners craft, she’s very experienced. Didn’t mind paying $45 bucks to fix a good quality watch in 30mins! Thanks so much

Absolutely would not recommend. Paid $50 and waited 3 days to have my beaded bracelet re-strung with something more permanent and that had a clasp. The woman that helped me said no problem and requested I pay for the service before it was completed. Against my better sense I complied and paid. When I picked up the bracelet on the expected day she handed me back my bracelet with another elastic band. When I told the woman that was not what I discussed and was told was going to be done she apologized and refused to refund me my money. I am a manager that works in the mall and will be telling people everyone I come across to avoid this jewelry repair store.

No offensee but no . I get it. Recovery baby , plus overhead ..... But 38 US dollars for a battery . As nice as the lady was , I just couldn't . I scored in the village PROP ( peoples rebublic of Parkville ) for A tenner . I'll give em a star for niceness , plus for having the rocks to charge so much for a Battery.

The 2 ⭐ is because she was friendly. I needed my future daughter in-law's ring to be sized down from a 6 to a 4 and they couldn't do it, but they can do it if I purchased a new ring. WTH ?
