The wait without an appointment was a little long ( the system said 5hr wait) but we prob waited about 1 around 9am. I was bringing my 2 yr old daughter in so I was nervous. Jasmine was amazing, there was a problem with our form so she called the doctor for us & had them fax the info. when it came to the blood draw she talked to my daughter the entire time and my daughter didn’t even flinch. Jasmine gave her some Elsa stickers and she was so happy. Wonderful service overall & would return just for Jasmine!

I prefer this facility over another lab in the area. Their check-in is easier. Staff is always professional. My lab of choice!

Shockingly positive experience! Walked in at 7:04 with no appointment. Got my blood drawn & back out at 7:25! Heather was nice, quick & basically pain-free. My only criticism is there were some people struggling with the kiosks & it would've been nice if they got the human assistance they needed.

Scheduled an appointment at 1:30PM and arrived at 1:15pm for said appointment. I’m currently still waiting to be checked in…. Meanwhile 2 walk in appointments and other inquiries have been called back before me. Absolutely insane.
Usually it’s run pretty well, but it was a struggle today

I am writing this on the behalf of my father, who had a horrible experience today. He had to return back to the office to deliver a specimen. The first issue is the check in process. My father has visual impairments, unable to see the screen to complete the check in. He tapped on the window for assistance; right away he is met with an attitude. She instructs him to wait. He is forgotten, watching others check in and go back. He requested help again. When taken back, he is met with another person who had an attitude about how he collected the specimen. He had not received any instructions the day before about how to collect it. I had asked him on the phone, since I am not in the same state. I instructed my father that there was a specific way and also how much he needed to fill the specimen container. I am a registered nurse and collected thousands of specimens. My father reported that he was very upset and distressed how he had been spoken to and he attempted to address it with the staff. He stated he found this person to be very unprofessional and had very poor customer service. My dad was so upset he called me because he wanted help addressing it. I called Labcorp at 1-800-845-6167 and filed a complaint. While speaking with customer service, I was taken back at all the complaints of staff acting unprofessionally. Perhaps replacing those that do not want to work there would be a solution. People are replaceable. I expect that my father's complaint be addressed in a timely manner. Update to follow.

I had a great experiece. They were quick even though it was crowded and the staff was lovely. Can't figure out why those other reviews didn't have the same experience.

Blood draw was okay, but billing was a problem. Told I had a balance and paid. Turns out it was another person’s charge from January of this year. Now I have try to get refund. They are not concerned that somehow the person who’s bill I paid is crossing over into my records.

The ladies on site were so compassionate and accommodating to me and my daughter. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help navigate the extensive work that my daughter needed done today. Thank you for your kindness and the entertainment in between! You are appreciated.

The hospital Drive 3rd floor LabCorp has a very unprofessional ego-driven young black man taking control telling people that come in for a urinalysis if you don't pee when I tell you to pee I'll fail you if you don't have your license or ID ready and your registration I'll fail you if you don't do what I tell you I'll fail you with a real smart ass Power Trip attitude and needs to be removed immediately

Very very bad experience almost every time. They never have doctor's lab work order in the system. It can happen one time 2 times that something is wrong in system but how could they always say that there is no order in their system. I always have to call doctor's office and they say that order was sent on this date at this time but never have labcorp Nottingham said they have an order in system. Also ladies there are always in a hurry to close at 3 pm or 3:15 although time is till 3:30 pm which again is not very good for ppl who are coming after work. So if anyone cares please have a meeting with your employees and sort out that computer system issue that how can they never have order in the system from any doctor not just one doctor's office. I think they just find it easy to get it again so they don't have to search for it. LAZY LAZY EMPLOYEES. Here better ppl.

Called and they said they could do child bloodwork, but when I got there they had no needles. And then months later for my own bloodwork they say their system is down and can't get paperwork. Staff are very rude.

My biggest issue with this place is that they still haven’t changed their sign on Google and on the LabCorp website it says that they open at 7 AM when you get to the door the facility it says 730. This might not be a big deal but this was the same thing that happened to me when I was here six months ago and mentioned it to staff.

I go to 4 to 6 different labcorp throughout the year and this labcorp has the best customer service. They care for their patients, respect people’s time by making sure people who has an appointment is priority.
