Cleanliness: She used her own little style to make my mom’s nails even BETTER than the inspiration picture she used.
Stylist: kitty nails did amazing on my mom’s nails and overall just amazing experience!

I enjoy the clean, beautifully decorated Luxury nail shop. My nails are lovely. The friendly atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. My stylist is very talented and gave me the nail color and embellishments I showed her in a photo. I highly recommend Luxury Nails.

Went after work for filling, and the gentleman assisting me was filthy. Not only does he look unclean, but he pushes trash down in the trashcan then proceeded to do my nails. I asked him very politely can he wash your hands because he was just in the trash. I guess that offends him so he chats to his colleague and ask her to do my nails. I went to her thinking fine, totally okay with that. She begins to do my nails, but she’s chipping, my nails and skin horribly with the files and her nails. I assume she’s giving me, poor energy because he fed her his dissatisfaction with me having standards and requesting he wash his hands before touching my hands after pushing trash deep in the trashcan. I ignore her behavior and was patient during the process. During filing, she shaved off so much nail (real nails by the way?), that the nail is now much shorter than requested so I asked her can she file it in a different shape to accommodate the now shorter length than I requested. She gives me much attitude so I ask her is she ok, again I’m maintaining my cool because I don’t play about service I’m paying for!!! She then scratches her dirty hair with thick dandruff, you can see it all over her hair, there was so much dandruff. Then had the audacity to proceed to touch me and not wash her hands??♀️. That was it for me I requested someone else assist me, not only is your service bad but so is your hygiene ?What is wrong with this staff?! No manager or leader came to see what was the issue. I just left and went somewhere else! They are disgusting and get rude when customers have standards. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this place, but the name.. highly recommend choosing another nail shop. These people think they can treat customers any kind of way and still get paid. Huge no for me, they need to train their staff in service and have a hygiene policy. It was disgusting and wasted an 2hrs of my time.. I was livid but certainly glad I didn’t pay them and will never again. I’ve spent thousands there so it’s nothing to take my money somewhere else. I don’t play about service , it’s the customers that keep the business open, they should remember that!!

I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years and had pedicures here that were ok, but this afternoon just had a manicure experience that was truly awful and lacking in basic infection control. I asked for a dip manicure. I should have left when I wasn’t asked to wash my hands from the get go. She did not pour the dip powder into a separate container but instead dipped my UNWASHED fingers into the main pot. One has to assume that they do this with everyone- the risk for passing or acquiring a serious infection is extremely high. Never mind the dremel tool being taken to my bare fingernails which are already thin… the tech was extremely distracted and talking to another tech, looking all over the room while she had the dremel tool at my fingers and managed to cut one of them. She then took paper towel and dabbed at the cut, attempting to carry on with the manicure until I had to ask minutes later if she was going to use any kind of antibiotic on it. She then brought out a dropper bottle of something and TOUCHED the tip of the bottle directly to my cut! She also over aggressively filed my already short nails to the point where she was literally filing the skin on the tips of my fingers and I had to tell her to stop. The experience caused me to only get the manicure and not the pedicure that I would have also gotten, and I will not be returning to this salon ever again. If I weren’t already so exhausted from what was SUPPOSED to be my relaxation time, I would report this place to the Maryland Department of Health. Appalling negligence and lack of infection control.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Some nail techs need improvement on making sure polish and nails are smooth and even. Great designs...willing to go again!

*Not open until 9* They close at 8 tentatively. I had a fine experience my first time around, minus a bubble that I went back and they fixed for free so I figured accidents happen. Unfortunately, the 2 times following that my nails were bumpy, thicker at the ends, and uneven in length. Last time she didn’t even bother with the lotion or hand massage because she was busy warming up the pedicure water for another customer. Don’t even think about going after 7:00 because they start arguing about who’s going to take you and rushing to be out the door.

I live about 5 hours from Maryland in a small town in Virginia. I was in town to visit with family. I arrived in White Marsh area around 6pm on 5.24.2024. I went to Luxury nails which was 2 min. from my hotel. I asked for French Gel nails. The person who did my nails was nice enough, but quality of service was poor. During massage, she massaged only my right arm. When I mentioned it, she acted as thought she did not understand me. My nails were not evenly shaped and the polish was not well applied. The polish that was applied to denote French tip was way too thin. I thought oh crap, this is what I get for going to a shop that I was not familiar and was not recommended by someone. I had hoped no one would notice. It was funny as I was leaving the man at the desk who took my payment said, "oh you decided not to get French nails", LOL. When I got home to Virginia, that Sunday evening, the gel polish started peeling off. Not chipping, but just lifting off whole. I have never before experienced anything like with Gel. I got busy with work during the week and neglected to call. When I finally had an opportunity to call, which was today, I was told by someone, who did not speak English well, that when I come in again they would charge me twenty four dollars for something...the conversation when south from there. I couldn't hear anything after the quote. I completely zoned out. I paid $50 for gel nails and should not have to pay a penny more. As a matter of excellent customer service, I should have been offered free service or reimbursement. Going back, is certainly, not an option. The moral of this life experience is, "haste makes waste". If you are looking for good quality application or good customer service, do not go to this shop. Quality is not what they are about. They just want your money $$$.

Me and my husband first time here, WE ARE NEVERRRR COMING BACK! Service is horrible, literally make you feel so un welcome. Two Spanish lady did me and my husband, I can tell they were talking ABOUT ME AND my man the entire time. The sad thing is when ppl come into a nail salon they wanna feel relax and happy. I was not happy at all and I felt like it was rushed. Never coming back

I recently had my first experience at this salon, and unfortunately, it was incredibly disappointing. Despite their advertised closing time of 9 PM, I arrived at 7 PM hoping to get some last-minute preparations done for my college graduation, which is tomorrow. However, to my dismay, I was rudely denied service. As a full-time worker, I had chosen this salon specifically for its late hours, which were supposed to accommodate my busy schedule. The fact that I was turned away well before closing time not only wasted my time but also left me completely unprepared for my important event. It's incredibly frustrating when businesses fail to live up to their promises and inconvenience their customers in the process. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon, and I cannot recommend it to others.

I was sent a $5 coupon. I went there to get a fill in ,minimum cut down and 1 nail repair ..it came up to more then I ever paid for in any shop . 6 days later 5 nails came off .I called to see what happened to my nails and can they be replaced..she picked up and ask me what I want ..why I’m I calling …they don’t offer drinks nor make conversations, not saying this is necessary it’s 2024 we in the era where customer service will be put on blast in a heart beat
