Long time customer, but unfortunately will have to part ways with this location. This store used to be really nice, but with new management and hires, it’s became a space filled with entitlement and lack of personality. My main issue has been with a certain employee named Alisa, who just seems very uninterested in working and is just plain rude. She is usually at the registers and has no sense of urgency, professionalism or awareness. Alisa talks about how bad the customers are out loud infront of customers or to her own coworkers, who just seem very embarrassed to even be associated with her. All she does is complain very loudly about not wanting to be here or that she’s tired of customers. Somehow it seems like all the people she takes are mean or rude to her. She takes forever to bag up your groceries and will stop in the middle of the transaction to talk to someone else or to actually walk away. Her coworkers seem to not want to engage with her, including regular customers like myself due to her lack of interest. I’ve had nothing but awkward interactions with her and even awkward conversations. It will either be awkward silence as I’m being rung up or being asked questions about if I believe in anything in something more to being asked if I’m happy in life. I have even heard her ask a customer she was ringing up if they have ever been depressed. Just inappropriate and intrusive behavior that makes people uncomfortable.

Don't order anything and expect to actually receive it. The manager is extremely rude and careless also. I ordered in bulk 5 or 6 times, and never got a phone call and I even called and there was always an excuse, as to what happened to my order. Or, they were supposed to call me back, and guess what, nothing! Horrible customer service from the manager. He could care less about providing adequate customer care. Not helpful with any questions, or making up for their own mistakes. After ordering about 5 or 6 times and having lost orders, I gave up.
Asked if he would discount something since it expires the next day and he rudely said, 'haha, no way, I'll just send it back to the manufacturer and get my money back." Who put you in that position, you have no clue how to speak to people. The young cashier's are awesome, the manager needs to be demoted.

Use to love Moms ! Guess under new management and the energy is off ! The staff is unprofessional when at the register! Even the old staff appears to be mentally drain from whatever! My issue is nothing in this store is cheap ! So I expect professional behavior when spending my hard earned money on over priced groceries !

I brought sweet natural vanilla chocolate cake
It cost 6$ and it was hard dry and stale and the male manager caught an attitude because I called to tell them about it very rude
Who comes into a store to buy stale food and pay a lot of money on it
Who wants to go through bring stuff back because they have out stale food and some of the bread loaf bread it has mold on it

This location is my go to grocery store and I typically have an amazing experience until today. My checkout experience was HORRIBLE. The cashier pretty much refused to acknowledge me. No eye contact….my “good morning” salutation was ignored. When I repeated myself (thinking maybe she didn’t hear me) she still said NOTHING. My request for a bag was even ignored. Luckily I didn’t have many items! I think I may have reminded her of a childhood bully she may have had because the customer behind me did not receive the same treatment. In fact she got the complete opposite. SMH

Love shoolpping here. It is a little pricey. The only complaint that I have is the freshness of the produce. I have on many occasions found the berries to be old, mushy or molded.

The product are good quality fresh vegetables and well arranged, though lately some stuff at tills are not friendly kindly look at that before u loose good customers
