Everything about my visit was perfect. I had an appointment, there was no wait, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My husband went to LabCorp in the same building, since this is where his doctor wanted him to go. When he got there, there were about 10 people waiting so he didn’t stay. Too bad he couldn’t have used Quest!

The Nottingham Md facility is bring techs in that don’t know what they’re doing and as a result the blood draw is damaged. Prior visit I asked for an experienced technician after a failed stick. This draw I knew would be bad. I’ve been a customer for years but I won’t go back. I don’t know how they are passing these people on to do this work. Tired of being their Guinea pig.

My experience is always a great one. The phlebotomists there are excellent at what they do and always courteous, personable and some very funny, Love going to Quest!

Check in was so easily I did it on my phone and didn't have to once I got in the building and I waited for 5 minutes before they called me to the back, fast and friendly customer service I love it ?

The visit was excellent and the blood draw was very near painless...all I felt was a very slight and 1/2 a millasecond duration prick. My visit was on 4/16/24 during the early morning.

Quest got me in and out in no time at all . No issues drawing my blood . Randee the technician was the best very pleasant and thorough. Thank you Randee.
