I had the worst experience ever. The person who drew my blood took forever to get the work in order. 1st claiming my orders we not on file which I pointed out to her on the computer screen. She tried one arm 1st stating..no blood!! Wow..how could that be. She moved to the next arm which was a nightmare. She was moving all over it felt like I was being stabbed..she had forgotten a tube 8 days now I'min so much pain with my left arm I have to see my primary care doctor to see what is wrong.. .

First, there was an issue with my orders. Apparently Quest has a policy of not accepting orders that are greater than 6 months old, even though it says on the original order paper "every 12 weeks", orders expiration 08/30/22. Rather than just telling me call your doctor and request new orders, the tech was rude, didn't give me any other options, and I had to ask about getting new orders from my doctor. After the new orders were sent, I waited in the waiting room for almost 45 mins, despite my doctor immediately faxing the new orders. Lastly, the tech gave me a hematoma and bruised my arm drawing blood. I've NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior at a Quest, will certainly not return to this location, if I return to a Quest ever.

Horrible communication skills. Running super late but can't tell me how late. Front desk person snapped at me because i asked a questions and she just got to work. How am i suppose to know that? While I'm at the window they called a patient up. No sense of privacy. Heard many patient identifiers. I eventually just left without getting my blood work done. Yes, i was early, but i was there for almost an hour and my turn finally arrives and there's an issue with an order. If they acknowledged me when i first got there that could've been handled. Unprofessional and horrible bedside manners.

I made an appointment and was seen as soon as I checked in - no wait time, even with walk-ins waiting in the lobby. The phlebotomist, Crystal, was extremely professional and friendly.

I went here today for labs, and I usually always run into issues when it’s time to have blood drawn. Let me tell you, the technician Thomasina was clean, thorough, and able to complete my blood draw expertly. Her overall pleasant demeanor and conversation were notable as well. ?

You should never feel like your labs are an inconvenience to anyone. As the tech or whoever was entering my information there were consistent remarks like this is too much? Is this all from one dr? And making comments as if my labs were inconveniencing them. The other tech i dont know if he was new or not but her stuck me three times said i was dehydrated then said i needed to come back. Then the original tech was like i know you dont want me to try you been stuck enough. The reality was they didnt want to draw my blood due to the comments of me having an extensive lab request from my dr. No one should ever feel that their health is an inconvenience to any medical office. They talked to people like herds of sheep and another customer who walked out said a tech told them they didnt need tissue in the bathroom after a urine test. The tech told the patient you don’t need tissue. Insane the worst. I knew I should have gone to the Lutherville MD location. Their customer service is the worst at this location

i went to get my blood drawn as suggested by my doctor. i am not a fan of needles so i turned away when the worker drew my blood. my arm started to hurt and she told me i was being dramatic. later, when i got home i took off my bandage and she had given me a hematoma. extremely disappointed.

Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Worked very efficiently. I was in and out of the facility very quickly. I highly recommend this facility.
