I would say another huge asset is that Darlene always knew the status of a lot of the condo buildings in the area, which is pretty critical in the days of reserve fees and large HOA payments! She was patient and took our lead, but always incredibly prompt whenever we needed her.

I had initially listed this one with a “traditional” real estate broker, but after 2 months with the other broker, we didn’t have any serious offers.
