i had a bad experience at Safeway Perry Hall. Sept 30 at 10am and first I like to apologize to Lou who helped me at the self serve cashier. I wanted to go in quick get a gift card quick first a friend and get out and cashier line was long. went to self serve and I figured it may be an issue with a gift card visa purchase. it was a problem and light came on and no one around and waited some I finally got Lou attention he came over did his magic and Then I was trying to buy a Ny post paper and the register sajd Need Help do the light came on again so Lou was down at end of store and I waved to him he came back this time I sajd to him you need cashiers. he said we have a cashier - I said you need more this self serve is for the birds. He couldn’t get the screen to clear I got frustrated I sajd I will buy the stuff at another store and I left. There has to be a better way. and I apologize to Lou not his fault I blame this on Safeway Bill Pohlman 9606 Dunkeld Ct Nottingham md 21236-1014 410 456 7057

Having 1 cashier is ridiculous. Early morning and late evenings. I have no idea what staff they have in the middle of the day. One more cashier won't break the bank.

This store has really gone downhill lately!! Bare shelves, outdated meats, by this I mean, yesterday, May 2, I went in for Italian sausage and found a few packs dated April 27th. Displays are empty. According to some of the employees, the manager is a real bully. I heard her yelling at one of the employees, and the poor girl left in tears. I hope things change soon!!!

I do my shopping at the Safeway in Perry Hall, today they ran out of grocery bags! Are you kidding me!!!! We had to either buy bags for $1.99 each or you had no bags at all. This is absolutely the stupidest thing I ever ever heard of with a grocery store. At least have the courtesy to put a sign on the entrance door warning people. SMH piss poor management!

I almost always find what I go in for. I love the gas rewards. Customer Service is always very helpful. The Barista at Starbucks is always super nice. I enjoy shopping there.

I WAS AT THE SAFEWAY GROCERY STORE IN PERRY HALL MD. THERE WAS 1 LINE WITH THE CASHIERS OPEN. WHEN IT WAS MY I PROCEEDED TO THE AVAILABLE CAASHIER. THE CASHIER NANCY ASK ME "WERE YOU NEXT IN LINE" I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE QUESTION TO ASK. THERE WAS ONLY ONE LINE. IN ADDITION, THE INDIVIDUAL BEHIND WAS NOT IN LINE AND HE CAME TO HER REGESTER AND SHE DID NOT ASK HIM THE SAME QUESTION. WHY i WONDER AND I ALL ALREADY FIGURED IT OUT. I BROUGHT THIS MATTER TO MIKE/MARK THE MANAGER AND HE SAID THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE OF THE CASHIER TO QUESTION SHOPPER AND BE SELECTIVE IN THEIR QUESTIONING, I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER AND INTO ANOTHER DIRECTION. SAFEWAY SHOULD BE FAIR TO ALL SHOPPERS

The Perry Hall MD Safeway is THE WORST I’ve ever been in!! It’s old, doesn’t have the normal things I buy at the Bel Air Safeway, and the “manager” said she can’t order it in bc they don’t already carry it?!?! What??
