Scott is an amazing man and very patient person. I have a hectic schedule and we had many back and forth and missed calls but he was always polite and respectful when we talked. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

I used to be very happy with this agent office; however, after Andrea left things have gone down hill fast. Scott several times failed to assist with modifying our plan during the pandemic and never got back to us when promised. Scott was very demeaning to my family, particularly my mother after my father’s passing. He was also content to let our coverage lapse even though updated payment was provided, while also unsympathetically placing all the blame on us. We were then told it would be very difficult to get insurance again due to the lapse in payment and were advised that even other insurance carriers would likely have a difficult time accommodating. Within an hour of this conversation we were able to get insured through State Farm and are now paying less than half off our premium with Scott and Allstate. It’s very clear Andrea was the star of this office and was vital to providing customer service. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement after over a decade with Allstate.

I have had the pleasure of working with Scott Schiavone on many occasions over the past 15 years. Not only did I get the best price on my auto insurance with Scott, he took the time to explain all my coverage options. When I got the surprise that I needed flood insurance while closing on my first house I called Scott right away. He very quickly helped me secure a flood policy and we were able to close the same day! I have reached out to Scott for various other policies since and he is always patient and helpful. Best insurance man in the business and treats me more like a friend than a policy holder.
