I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Nissan of White Marsh left me genuinely heartbroken and disappointed.
When I purchased my car, I made it clear to my salesperson, Derek, that there were only two features I absolutely needed heated seats and a heated steering wheel. He confidently told me my car had both. That reassurance is what made me decide to buy it.
After getting the car home, I tried to turn on the heated steering wheel and realized it wasn’t there. Later, I found out that Derek had mixed up the SV Premium with the SR Premium, which does include that feature. I was sold the wrong trim for what I asked for.
What hurts the most is that I felt like he was more focused on making his sale than making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I trusted him, and now I’m stuck with a car missing one of the two features that mattered most to me.
I reached out to the General Manager, and while he showed a little empathy, I couldn’t help but feel like he was brushing off my feelings like it was no big deal. He didn’t say it outright, but the tone felt like “it’s just a heated steering wheel.” He even mentioned that I could just “buy one on Amazon.” That comment really stung ( I cried after that interaction). This wasn’t about a cheap gadget it was about being told I was getting something I wasn’t.
I’ve since filed complaints with Nissan Consumer Affairs and the Maryland Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division because I don’t want anyone else to feel misled the way I did.
Please, if you’re buying a car here, double-check every single feature before signing anything. I walked in with excitement and trust, and left feeling dismissed and unheard.
I truly hope Nissan of White Marsh learns that honesty, attention to detail, and respect for customers’ trust matter far more than making a quick sale.

OK, so my experience here is unfortunately a very long and involved experience. I came in back at the end of June looking to purchase a Nissan frontier I test drove one, we came to an agreement on price, and I went home that day happy with my purchase. The next day, I was looking at my car and unfortunately, there appeared to be a good bit of rodent damage underneath the hood. I immediately went to the dealership, told them of the issue and they agreed after a few days to take the car back and give me a different Nissan frontier. I was initially happy they were willing to work with me and at this point was pleased with my experience. Now we get to the second vehicle after driving it for a week I started hearing a buzzing sound on the roof. I got out and looked and sure enough. It looks like at some point something hit the roof and caved in the area around the antenna I went back to the dealership started explaining to them how there’s no way I could’ve caused this damage. This had to have been there before you gave me the truck And they had some doubts so I had to go online, find their stock photos from their listings for that exact truck and show them with the damage in their photos. thankfully, the dealership executive was walking by and saw the photos and agreed that that damage had to have been pre-existing so over the next three weeks I was able to get the car repaired at their body shop free of charge and they gave me a loaner. OK, great, I thought this process must be close to over. Nope. About a week after I get the car back from being fixed I get a call from Mazda financial services saying that I’m a week late on a payment for a car that I haven’t owned for over a month. (This was the vehicle I traded in). I called the dealership and of course they had a one in a million excuse of some other dealer 20 miles away just happening to enter my VIN number instead of another VIN number and somehow the deal got kicked back when they submitted it to financing yada yada yada they had still not paid back paid off my car and so I had to make a second car payment on a car that I haven’t owned for over a month. I should also add this was about the point I realized that we had done a deal on a truck that had features that my “replacement” truck didn’t have and that I paid for in the initial deal, So add that to my list of complaints. Finally, I was called and told that I had an open recall for my truck which I thought I had already taken care of on a previous visit. I asked about that on the phone at the time and they said no this was a different recall so I scheduled time for Monday morning to come bring it in. I get there. Wait for 30 minutes And then somebody comes out and tells me that “oh yeah this was the recall you already did”. well you just wasted my Monday morning. Can I at least get an oil change while I’m here, “sure no problem”. I wait an hour and a half. He comes back and tells me they scraped the paint off the corner of my door on a rock, but that don’t worry they will cover the repair. I’m sorry I could care less about the money at this point. I have had to spend days and days of my time dealing with problems that you all have created. At the end of the day my experience with this dealership may truly have been just horrendous luck, I don’t know. The wiser a part of me says there’s a little more to the story here, be very cautious dealing with these folks.

I recently purchased my vehicle here less than a week ago, and already had to bring it into the service department for a part that was loose. Instead of taking responsibility and helping me as a brand-new customer, the service staff chose to blame me for the problem — something I absolutely did not cause.
So instead they want to charge me for the issue. We’re honest good people and stand for principle and integrity so this is truly disappointing.
Being treated this way, after just buying a vehicle from this dealership, is unacceptable. Customers should not be dismissed, disrespected, or blamed for issues that clearly should be addressed under the dealership’s responsibility. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of both the service department and the dealership as a whole. I left with no resolution though my salesman was trying. This had nothing to do with him for he’s been wonderful.

Great service. My car was recalls and service were done in the time they said it would take.
