After over a year of the roll up doors being useless to business customers The management there has decided that since their processor messed up our payment and hundreds of other customers payments that the customers were on the hook for Smart stop storage mistake locking people out of there units

I came in today to rent a storage unit.Jonathan was so helpful and very patient with showing me the different sizes of the units to make sure my items would fit. Definitely a 5star service and the facility is very clean

This place is so clean, safe and accommodating. I needed to get into my unit and I lost the keys!!! But Jonathan was there to save the day! He was very professional and made sure I was the owner of the unit before actually cutting the lock lol great staff and great location. 😊👍🏼

Bryant is the example for excellent customer service. He was patient and clear with his answers. He made the hectic experience of needing storage - easy. SmartStop storage area is very clean, SAFE and has great systems for billing.

Just reserved unit yesterday. Worked with Nate who was very professional and extremely helpful . gave me tips on how to store different items ( ie mattress/cushions etc) would highly recommend this location.

I went to extra space next door & their price was a little higher than i wanted and no outlets for computer hookups. SmartStop was our next stop and I must say as an ex storage unit manager, these guys killed it. Nate & Bryant were so professional and easy to work with! We found the perfect unit! Outlet right outside the unit & my partner and I can work on some inventory while we are at our unit. We are so excited to get our stuff in!

I know this is a long time coming
I have been using Smartstop storage for over a month now, but I just wanted to commend Nate and Jonathan for their excellent service
You know how it is when it comes to moving. That day was a day from hell but when I got there Nate and Jonathan open the Heaven Gates for me. Thanks a million!!!
