Good morning everyone, I don’t normally give a review to none of the companies or stores. I have nothing personal with company as well. The only thing is the service given by employees there compelled me to throw my some words over here. A lot of delivery drivers and customers been waiting there for more than 15 -20 minutes for nothing even though their food is already ready over there. The employees ignore delivery drivers even though customers food is ready and lying there for more than 15 minutes and still there are some employees free and standing there doing nothing. I know store is little busy but some employees are working hard but not working smart. Some of them are just watching around. They know the food is ready for customers still they dam care. And I experienced same thing every time I go there. Not a single day. I wouldn’t complain if it was a one or two days. If they work smart it will save a lot of time for customers and drivers and even store will not be crowded for no reason . I’m really fond of Starbucks food. They have good foods. Hopefully employees in this Campbell blvd don’t ruin the reputation of every Starbucks. Let’s see if they improve in the days to come. Thank you

Why are you making the customers pick out their own sandwich’s to be heated and served while in the store? Very counter productive. All food should come from behind the counter.

This used to be the best location around with the sweetest staff. That drive thru ruined this location. The workers are miserable and extremely rude/ passive aggressive. Their attitudes are so bad now I can't even brush it off. I don't entirely blame them but if they could at least act neutral that would be great

If you use doordash to order coffee from this Starbucks don’t expect a quick turnaround time. They constantly prioritize in store and drive thru customers over their delivery customers.

I have never been at a Starbucks that was so slow. Almost 20 mins for a lemonade and a latte. Also order got messed up and got Danish instead of scones. There was not a line and only one other customer infront of us.

Idk why people work in the service industry and don’t like people, have given this place multiple chances because it’s close to home won’t be returning the coffee isn’t good enough to deal with people’s nasty

How can wait times be improved at this location?? More staff? Better training? The service here leaves ALOT to be desired and I used to be a Partner/Barista so I understand the kevrk of customer service that is expected. In addition, please call out drinks/names and Tru to create a cheerful atmosphere. On those days that are busy with long waits, it will make the customer experience just a tad better.

Today, I ordered a coffee and bacon, egg and cheese sandwich without the bacon. Once the staff began to prepare my sandwich, I noticed that she was removing the bacon from the sandwich. I stopped her and stated that I can’t eat that sandwich. She asked if I wanted something else or provide a refund. I decided to pick the egg white and spinach wrap. The bacon sandwich was roughly $6 and the egg white was roughly $5. I never received a refund for the difference. Also, I requested a receipt for my employer and the second staff whose back was facing the other staff stated, “she can only do one thing at a time. Once she is done, you’ll be taken care of”. I replied, “actually the staff turned around to come back to the counter which is the reason for my request”. The coffee was great but the sandwich was nasty along with the service at this location. I will go to another location next time since the staff doesn’t know how to serve vegetarian customers.
