Lived here for 2 years now, didn’t have a problem in the beginning but started couple months after moving in, there are mouse, roaches even if your house is clean. Exterminators come and do nothing. This year WATER is consistently being turned off on all the apartments due to “work being done” happens at least once a week maybe twice a week now. Water off for long hour, can’t shower, cook, or use bathroom. Had to go shower at planet fitness late at night because it wasn’t turned on. This just keeps happening and unacceptable. Paying about $1800 for 2 bedroom this is not worth it. Complex looks nice but living here is not nice. Moving out soon!

Update: The fact they responded is laughable because they haven’t been helpful. I want folks to understand that when they say recent it is a lie. It has been going on for 3 years, and there hasn’t been any fix to the issue. They use a company called conservice. Which isn’t connected to city. We actually reached out to city water When we told them about the issue they were confused. We have also filed a complaint against them as well. Come to find out this company has several complaints filed against them and they have been unresponsive. The practices they have around water are predatory. I repeat don’t move here! And that bot that responds to messages. You are full of it. So don’t bother.
Do not move here. I paid almost $300 a month for what they call water heating. When we first moved in 2021 we payed consistently 70 a month now our utilities are at 300. When the price spike first happened it was said that it was because it cost more to heat water. Which is a total lie. You will be paying 300 a month for water. It’s makes it difficult to budget because every month it increases. Also looking at the breakout they predict it to continue to increase. Eventhough you share the bill with other tenants. Renew doesn’t care about its tenants. It only cares about collecting money. Stay far away from here.

Edison fixed/replaced washer and dryer! I advised washer was installed but still wasn’t working properly! He advised he didn’t have water turned on!

I am currently resident and waiting my contract to end to move , No Emergency Maintenance No Maintenance on weekend and the Regular Days You need to wait one Month or more to get the Maintenance Team help !!
