I am a daily lottery player. I try to play the same pick 3 & pick 4 digit numbers everyday. I live in the Nottingham area. I go to the Tabacoo Depot convenient store that's located in the Food Lion Shopping Center right off of Walther Blvd. I am a daily customer there. I like going there becuz it's never that busy very convenient & the gentlemen who's always working behind the register is very polite and very respectful he always gets my numbers right and never do I have to worry about him messing my tickets up or the way I play them. So I give a great shout out to him..... Thank your very much for the good work that u do. Anyways as a daily lottery player I've been very lucky buying scratch off tickets. I Always WIN I never seem to lose my money on scratch off tickets that I've purchased there. So that's a plus but anyways I am posting this view because today I happened to be over at the PuttyHill shopping Center and as I'm walking out of the Dollar store I looked over to notice another tobacco Depot which is owned by the same owner so I decided to walk in there to play my numbers well it was not to pleasant becuz I played my daily & usual numbers but today I had a few Xtra dollars to play more so I asked the gentlemen who was working behind the counter to print me out 4 random pick 3 tickets at $0.50 cents box then 2 pick 4 digit numbers which were 1982,1984 the total came to $7.00 dollars even but once I left the store started driving home I realized soon as I parked I looked over my tickets realizing he didn't give me my pick 4 tickets which I only played two which I play my birthday year and my brother's birthday year and looking over my tickets the gentleman didn't give me my 4 digit ticket numbers but yet I had a canceled receipt ticket for the 4 Digit ticket that I originally played and paid for so I then immediately called the store the guy who's working there is very disrespectful wen I called there to try and explain. The gentleman who remembered me about 20 mins ago tells me that he gave them all to me which he couldn't of becuz it clearly shows that he cancelled my tickets becuz he gave me a cancelled receipt which I think he done accidentally so he messed up and refuses to give me my money back or my numbers that I rightfully paid for so No I'm not at all happy and I think they need to fire that Man & he's very disrespectful.

Great service. I'm just starting to make my own cigarettes. Very helpful in choosing tobacco and all excess oriented to suit my budget. This will be a monthly shop for me. Prices were excellent

Good place when open, but do not open on time. Multiple times came before work 9:15/9:20 and they’re not open yet when their hours are 9am-8pm.

Very friendly , neat , clean . Nice place to shop . Consistent with their time open 9am -9pm . Very prompt in opening . If your looking for cigarettes best place to be , and Maryland lottery .

I was here on Sunday and the guy gave me a hard time ,he rushed me and kept nagging me about every 10 or 20 seconds asking what I wanted to buy when I was trying to figure out what pack of cigar wraps I wanted to buy and so I had to make a quick choice instead of having time to think more about what I wanted and I wanted to buy a lighter and asked if I could have a pink one and he lied and said he didn't have one when I saw one sitting there in a new pack of the same lighters ,he was very rude and pushy and I won't be coming back here unless i have no other options anymore,I'm very disappointed with his attitude.
