Showed up at 5:38pm gentleman at the counter said I could not rent a U-Haul after 5:30pm because it was too much he has to do was not told this information over the phone.

If it was possible yo give 0 stars I would. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After confirming the pickup the night before, we arrived to find that the truck we rented was not on location and we had to drive an extra 20 minutes to pick up our truck. On top of that after giving an itemized list of items to them to determine the size truck we needed they told us the absolute wrong truck size. This caused use to have to make additional trips. On top of spending extra time we now have to spend extra money on gas and mileage. When I called back to complain they were incredibly rude and actually yelled at me on the phone. Worst customer service experience of my life.
