Their customer service is great. They are always friendly and helpful. They are usually busy but they take the time with each customer so please be patient while waiting in line.

I’m very impressed by the staff at this USPS store. People were still lining up at 5pm and they were still helping customers after close. Other USPS stores would have locked the doors or maybe even told everyone they were closed come back tomorrow, but the man and woman working this afternoon made me feel like they actually cared. I wish all USPS stores were like this one.

Rude people and internet down for an entire week so you can’t even mail return packages?! What kind of a post office is this that doesn’t get an issue like this fixed within a day??

Small business owner who depends on the post office for pretty much a majority of the items we sell. Can say with absolute confidence that by all means AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!!!! There is almost always an issue with items that we hand off, the latest being just yesterday when we were in the neighborhood and decided to give them another chance at redemption. BIG MISTAKE!!! The self scan machine was not working and so we dropped off packages at the counter as we have been instructed to do in the past at several post office branches. Almost a day later and somehow only 3 of the 11 items we left in their hands have been scanned. Now we are going to have to go back up and follow up with them which is going to probably be a nightmare given how rude the staff has been each time we have to interact with them. Please fire everyone at this branch and start over because it is so obvious that they all hate their jobs. Again AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

The woman who assisted me was surprisingly rude. I politely asked if she could put some tape on the flap of my envelope, as I was concerned it might come open. She didn’t acknowledge my request—just set the card aside—so I asked if I could tape it myself, since the tape was sitting right there. She snapped, “Well, do you have tape?” in a curt tone. I replied that I was going to use the tape that was already available. She then said, “Well, I’ll get to it,” applied the tape with clear attitude, and sarcastically asked, “Happy?” The tape job itself was sloppy and careless.

Very polite staff members helped me today. Quick and easy service. Quiet office. Needs a little TLC, but they were nice and helpful

Didn’t even attempt to deliver my Amazon package, no knock or slip and I sit right in front of the glass doors at my business address, and I don’t need to be present for them to leave it at my door like any other Amazon package. Tracking said it was available for pick up so I went and stood in line for 40 minutes to be told the driver hasn’t brought it back to the office yet. Why does it say available for pick up now then!?

This was shoved into my mailbox even though the packaging says do not bend. I guess the government hires illiterate people. Good to know

My mail carrier continues to throw, sling, or toss my packages on my steps. I record it each time and I plan to take to the main post office. I never seen such laziness and disrespect for people property in my life! I wonder if they do this in Perry Hall and White Marsh areas where there are far less minorities?? **Edit** My Mail carrier continues to throw my packages. I emailed USPS and they wrote back to contact my local post office. That is the problem, the manager never answers the phone!!!
Update 6/17/22****
My mail carrier is back throwing my packages on my steps. This guy couldn’t care less about if he is breaking my merchandise. You work hard to afford things in life and a lazy government employee breaks it before you can enjoy it. If you can’t lay people packages on their steps, you should seek a different career path.

For the last 2 weeks they're not opening at 9am. I've waited until 9:30am and still no one has shown up to open the doors. My husband just tried going there at noon and STILL no one is there. We've been trying to pick up our new keys for our mailbox lock all week and no one seems to be showing up to work! They said they have a shortage of clerks... I would give 0 stars if I could.

4 LOST PACKAGES WITHIN A MONTH!!!
I have an online business and have used this post office many times on a weekly basis. Unfortunately within the past month they have LOST or STOLE 4 of my packages within the last month.
I track all my packages. And 4 have been scanned in but haven’t moved. When brought to their attention the woman at the front desk simply said in a rude manner “well they’re not here you need to file a claim online” and quickly dismissed me.
I have since contacted USPI & filed a Baltimore County police report.
Please avoid this location at all costs.

It is very frustrating that this post office office closes at 5 o’clock and I continue to get there before 5 o’clock and they are always closed. They close early all the time. I don’t know who management is, or if they have a say in this? But it is very inconvenient to try to reach there before closing, and the staff leaves early.

My partner ordered me a gift for my birthday. Since they live in California, they have no real way of checking on it apart from the abysmal delivery update system they have set up. He received nearly- 27 notifications stating "Delivered" when I still have yet to receive my package DAYS after it was "Delivered." Calling the place didn't help either. This is my second time receiving gifts from abroad and having their incompetent team lose it in delivery.
On the plus side, if you're looking to move out of Nottingham, their terrible service really makes for a good addition to the "pro" column of the "pros and cons" list :)

This is the worst post office I have ever been too. Anytime I go there to post something it take me more than an hour just to get someone to assist me. Other customers leave because of that. Also the ladies are very rude meanly the one with the white hair. I don't know if she is a supervisor but she doesn't like to be ask questions or give informations politely. This is my last time going to that post office but if there are tired of the job let them resigned and let people who want the job and are customers obsecess take over. Very rude people ?
