This is my one only jewelry store been a customer for years. Robin has been my go to jewelry expert her knowledge and expert salesmanship is awesome. Love the store great location such a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Zales in the Whitemarsh Mall. Thank you Robin for still being a excellent sales associate. 🥰

My experience with Khris was nothing short of AMAZING! Khris was extremely product knowledgeable. Khris also exhibited what I could best explain as “Super Professional”! Although I had multiple questions she patiently answered all of my concerns without breaking her beautiful smile and pleasant disposition! I will highly recommend Khris at Zales in White Marsh Mall. While processing my new purchase she noticed that my previous purchase needed to be adjusted she effortlessly and assuredly requested the assistance from her coworker, Matteo who in turn explained that my extended warranty was sufficient to pay for those repairs ! I would definitely recommend this location for future purchases. Well done, as this working Team did everything possible to provide Excellent Customer Service! Many Thanks to the Team who made me feel appreciated and valued. I will continue you shop where my service is appreciated! Robin was exceptionally helpful and professional. She helped me pick an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé and was very knowledgeable about the diamond, cut , clarity , certified or not , the band and its gold content. Overall it was a very pleasant experience

Absolutely the most amazing Customer Service ever!! Sherri, Taliyah, and Mariela took care of me better than any place I’ve ever went to before. They quickly and sincerely took care of my cleanings, warranty issues, and even showed me what my engagement ring looked like close up and explained the details. I was very intrigued and very happy. I highly recommend if you ever want diamonds..go see them at Zales in White Marsh! I appreciate you all and thank you for an amazing experience!
