Had tires put on earlier in the week. Brought our own to have them put on. Made an appointment for just the mount and balancing. (Which are not very balanced to begin with so thanks for that. Probably going to have to have that redone) Was told there was no appointments for getting an alignment on Saturday as its first come first serve.
Here’s Saturday wake up early show up and told the appointment was missed. That never existed. Told we are too late….
If you want inconsistency, price changes when they feel like it for large tires, and to be screwed, here you go. I’ll take my chances at another place for now on. Some people are not made of money and you have no idea what they are dealing with and you just made things more stressful. Kindness goes a long way. Consistency does too.

Just purchased a small motorhome on the Ford E-450 Chassis.
From the time I got behind the wheel I could tell something was wrong with the front end.
Made an appointment at Glotfelty in Deep Creek, Md. That’s where I met Steve, the alignment specialist. Steve did not mix words, he placed the vehicle on the machine and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem, made the adjustments and sent us on our way.
Steve took the time to point out several things to watch for.
He even took the time to show me his FORD collection.
Steve’s knows his stuff and is a real gentleman !

My son and I went here while we were staying in a nearby rental.
They added air to his tires and put the missing valve caps on.

They put the wrong tire on my girlfriend’s car. Avoid this place at all costs.
I have the receipt, the new tire and the 3 old ones; the new one is incorrect. It’s close but wrong. She had to tell the receptionist 2-3 times she needed a new tire. Attention to detail is not a priority here. Pretty sure they didn’t have the tire they needed and thought they could take advantage of a young woman. The last sentence is speculation. Either way, whether intentional or not these people are not trustworthy. They’ll be receiving a request for a refund and if it is not provided we will go through our credit card. We aren’t from the area and cannot resolve this because they are not open until Monday and we are checking out Sunday morning. Extremely frustrating and disappointing that our time and money have been wasted on a vacation.

Horrible service, they have a habit of intentionally cross threading lug nuts. I have experienced guys who professionally put lug nuts on my spare tire, and Chris said that it was all cross threaded, which is totally incorrect.

Got a nail in my tire while heading out of town, they got me in right away and plugged the hole. In and out super quickly, the staff are also super friendly!
