Jerry and Betty Wilt take great care of business. Feel like family with them. Storage is great. I would highly recommended to rent storage from them. Got 3 units from them. I think it’s full not sure if their is any available left. Can’t wait to see them soon.

Absolutely terrible. This guy does not keep his property in Swanton clear in the winter. We were not able to access our belongings for over a month. When we rented the unit we were assured that the property would get plowed. On top of that, the owner returned a call to my sister in law and He left a message on her voicemail, he apparently didn't realize he hadn't hung up his phone before he started calling her dirty names. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this unsavory character.

Owner Jerry Wilt is an awesome man. Very compassionate and works with the renters on payments. I would highly recommend his Storage units
