Im very disappointed in the quality of their workmanship. They installed an alarm on our pool room door and after less than two years the entire system had to be replaced. Several months after their replacement, the new alarm began to malfunction. They came out to repair it, and left it like this (see pictures) without telling me they needed to order more parts to finish the repair. I called them and they say they’ll come back out to finish the repair, so I’m hopeful they’ll make it right. But I’m very disappointed by the way they left my home and their lack of communication.

I've just completed a project with M-Tek. They were very professional, hard working and provided great communication throughout the process. As a real estate professional, I deal with a lot on contractors. I would definitely refer them to anyone I come across in the DCL/Garrett County area.

My computer had been having issues for almost half a year. I tried to get it fixed once and the guy I went to charged me an arm and a leg, then didn't fix the problem. I sort of figured it was a lost cause but decided after months of it being broken that I needed to try again. Mountainside Technologies took my computer in the day that I called, had it out within two days (because I was leaving the lake and needed it back promptly) and fixed every problem. All for a great price. So thankful for them, and will never take for granted having a smoothly running computer ever again!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with a computer emergency over the phone. I had never used their services in the past but will certainly be using them in the future.
