So I popped in for a wrap for lunch, place wasn't busy at all, and the food prep worker was talking non-stop about local gossip and it took her nearly 15 minutes to make a simple wrap. I ordered double meat -- got one slice. I ordered double cheese -- got one slice. I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickle, and banana pepper rings. I got 1 slice of tomato and about five banana pepper rings. It seems she was more worried about everyone else's business than she was with preparing the food as ordered. I don't often get the chance to order something for lunch -- but I know I won't be ordering from Sheetz again.

Sheetz in Oakland MD continue
to have the highest ⛽️ price. Deep Creek Lake even has lower gas prices then Oakland.

If they can charge people with a free card a lower price just charge everyone the lower price and be done with it. I don't want to bust out a card or app to not get ripped off when I stop to get a quick drink. 2 20oz drinks for $6 is ridiculous, I don't want your stupid card.

I eat here often due to my schedule which is why it pains me to say how terrible it can be. You shouldn't have to worry about food poisoning or getting terribly made food every single time you eat somewhere and yet Sheetz does just that.

Used to eat here a lot but now the past few times they have fed me day old food or uncooked food. If you order a milkshake expect huge ice chunks in the bottom. If you order a hot sandwich with anything extra expect it to be cold and without the extra stuff. Very disappointed at whoever is making the food and i find it VERY hard to eath there again.

I have traveled 8 states for years for work. Stopped at almost 25 sheetz locations almost all the time. But hands down the Oakland location may very well be the bottom of the barrel. It appears to be true anymore that they just cannot find any good help to hire. They have a couple that are capable but it must be hard to find people to hire at this location. People that are confused of gender and use restrooms when children are in them as well, sorry not a fan of it. I've seen it all here at this place. Unreal. Dave Sheetz which I have met and talked to before in the past definitely did not intend for his store to be this way. Sanitation and hygiene are the very least priority here. Maybe clean house and start all over at this one. It's some kind of show here. Sorry sheetz but now I see why the other convince stores in town are thriving with business. Would love to change this review in the future, time will tell

I had given this place 5 stars before this. I've called in less than 5 times in the past 8 years to complain about my orders. I can honestly only think of 3 times I've called in. Last Friday I had a large order and they messed up 5 of the 6 items. I called in and the night supervisor (Jen) was so incredibly rude to me. Acted like I was lying about the food and acted like I was nothing but trouble. I've had around 300 or 400 orders and never had an issue. I called the store manager and he said from now on they're going to have to send any order messed up to the district office. I asked why and he said that the store managers had said that I had too many complaints? That's an absolute lie. I've heard multiple people complain about this (Jen) to me. I'm honestly in shock that they would literally lie about me to try and make themselves look good. Well I've been going for the past 8 years multiple times a week that all ended today. I'm so incredibly disappointed in you Sheetz.
