Josh was very helpful. He got hubby's phone working saving us from the agony of new phone shopping, at least for little while longer!

Josh L is thorough, thoughtful and very kind! I was having a hard time with my phone and he was very helpful! I arrived at the store in the evening and they were not busy. So, he was able to help me right away.
