  Twice, they have refused to deliver packages because “they take up too much room on the truck” and would cause the driver to have to make “multiple trips”.

  Is there any USPS that has good ratings? If this were a private business, it would be out of service. They are friendly at this location but the delivery is not good. I've lived at my location for weeks, I filled it the form, and they held my mail and won't deliver it.
