Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales associate was rude, dismissive, arrogant, and never put her phone down. In addition 7-11 stole $12 from me because the associate informed me that she could not give me a refund for a service I did not receive. I won't be back.

Poor customer service. There was a lady in there that works there got smart and said she wasn’t going to change the cheese. We don’t take 100 bills. She was just rude. The guy that waited on us was really nice. She just had a major attitude. I hope you don’t allow that to happen much. You won’t have customers that way. Could only give one star would have given zero star if I could.

Stopped in Yesterday and it was sooooo busy Antwine was the only one in the store and when I say he gave 1000 percent customer service with a smile we appreciate the service we got.... you worked that line down in a matter of time. Manager was very rude due to not doing their job by taking down sale signs over 3 weeks old . When called out about sign to get that price wants to rude adout. So lady my money looks better in my pocket not yours.
