About Aerie
Aerie is highly praised for its friendly and helpful staff, with customers noting excellent customer service from sales associates who are kind, attentive, and willing to assist with questions and shopping needs. The management is also appreciated for creating a positive shopping environment. Customers feel welcomed and cared for, especially when helped by staff members who go above and beyond, such as carrying clothes or offering great insights. Shoppers enjoy the store’s wide selection of women's lingerie, tops, and dresses. However, some find the prices to be high, expecting outlet prices to be lower. Overall, Aerie is a favorite outlet for many, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I was just there with my grandma, and Bailey or Bailee idk how to spell it was super helpful! She was able to measure us and help us find bras. She literally went out of her way to help us, even at the checkout! It makes it even better because the store was busy too!
