“I recently purchased a car that had been primarily serviced at OC imports. I contacted Josh at OC imports to get a service history on the vehicle. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.”

“Today I dealt with Tyre Anthony, a pleasant person who is willing to help me. My battery is dying and none of the electronics in my car would work so my trunk was stuck closed. Not only did he crawl in the back seat and unlatch my trunk… He found my battery and gave me excellent advice. Through all of this, he smiled and was patient. His manager, Mr. Donoway also came out and checked in on us. I appreciate the customer service I experienced at the AutoZone in Berlin today”

“I needed a new battery and I called to make sure the one I needed was in stock and that they could install it (the last two places either didn’t have one or couldn’t install). The gentleman on the phone confirmed both things for me and I stopped by not long after. Fifteen minutes later I had a new battery installed and was on my way!”
“Best napa or auto parts store i have ever been to. I live in oklahoma so when I say best auto parts im talking about between oklahoma and the east coast! They are intelligent, very helpful, and always willing to work with you. I am very very impressed with the customer service I have received every time I been here. All the other auto parts stores should structure their customer relations based on the high standards this store offers. Truly amazing and a pleasure to do business with them.
