“I recently purchased a car that had been primarily serviced at OC imports. I contacted Josh at OC imports to get a service history on the vehicle. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.”

“The manager Tom and Jenny were extremely accommodating with fixing my leak from my sunroof. I made an appointment and what was I thought a leaking windshield was actually from a clog from the sunroof. This was my second time there and I highly recommend them.”
