Absolutely disappointed with Bank of America's customer service. I called ahead to inquire about their promotion for upgrading to Business Advantage Relationship Banking in order to get a second business account at no extra cost, as advertised. The phone representative assured me I needed to visit the branch for this. After scheduling an appointment and waiting for half an hour, I was told they couldn't fulfill my request and that I needed to speak to another representative over the phone. Why wasn't this communicated to me earlier? The branch staff, especially the lady I dealt with, were incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Forced to come here because customer service doesn't wanna do their job and waited over an hour in person for a 1 minute process.

People work very hard at the bank without support of corporate - only BOA close to Delaware- Coastal Maryland. Sr. VP (Ahmad Akbar) just stood around this afternoon and watch a very busy bank at the beginning of vacation season which was not prepared for the rush and did not lift a finger to help. Needed to prepared, as most business do, for the seasonal rush. Another business person warned me not to even think of showing up on Fridays!

It has been impossible to get a simple mortgage statement - went to the location in Ocean city 30 miles away and we were told to wait two weeks to simply get a mortgage statement. I believe they take pleasure in saying no to people in need. Terrible customer service- I will not be utilizing Bank of America going forward matter of fact we will be moving our other loans to another bank.

This is one of the worst banks ever I went to the ATM and got the money it never gave me my card back so I went inside and they said they couldn't give me my card back because it wasn't some type of card like tf I live in Alabama I have to get a new card and it will not even be coming to me I can't go anywhere anymore because I don't even have a card now I'm stuck and Idk what to do

Had to wait 2 days for an appointment just to get the direct deposit form... it literally takes a minute to pull up my info in the system and hit print (or less than a minute). Also, had to wait 40 minutes in a line, just to find out I needed an appointment for that. What a waste of time.

No waiting in line. I walked in and Chris immediately took me to her desk and processed my deposit in about 2 minutes.Very friendly and professional customer service.

We were trying to cash paychecks. The website said they were closed. It was 3pm. Good thing we drove by to see because they were busy as ever. They definitely were open. Whoever runs the website is not doing a good job. When you are stuck in beach traffic you want to depend on what the website will tell you.
