“I cannot say enough good things about OC Floor Gallery! From start to finish, Liz Walker was absolutely amazing and helped every step of the way. Our project was a difficult one with several unexpected obstacles, but Liz handled everything professionally and kept the process moving smoothly.

What impressed me most was the peace of mind they provided. Even when challenges came up, I never felt stressed because I knew I could trust them completely to handle whatever needed to be done. It's rare to find a company that you can confidently hand things over to and know they're going to take care of it the right way.

Chris, the owner, was also incredibly helpful, responsive, and polite throughout the entire process. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism from everyone at the company was outstanding.

If you're looking for flooring professionals who truly care about their customers and stand behind their work, I highly recommend OC Floor Gallery. Their expertise, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!”

“The service I received from Ryan was great. So responsive and easy to work with. The hardwood floor and carpet installers were excellent- on time, professional, and did an amazing job. We are thrilled with the outcome!”

“We have had Jenny assist us with our purchases and she is wonderful to work with. We purchase furniture 3 years ago for our condo and just recently for some artwork.”
