Went to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine and the associate was more worried about his phone. 7-17-25 Thursday. When you are working and help customers you shouldn’t be texting your buddies on your cell phone.

wanted to share a quick recommendation for the CVS pharmacy here. I've found their service to be fantastic and very efficient. If you happen to be out of town and need to fill any prescriptions, this is definitely a reliable place to go.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled after dealing with Loraine. Her attitude toward customers is absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I approached her, she was dismissive, rude, and clearly uninterested in helping. She acted like answering a simple question was a massive inconvenience, and when I asked for clarification, she rolled her eyes and gave a sarcastic response.
I've never encountered someone with such a horrendous approach to customer service. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and definitely no effort to resolve the issue. It's shocking that someone like this is allowed to interact with customers at all. If you value respectful and helpful service, avoid dealing with Loraine at all costs

Capital One has a deal with cvs that you can deposit cash. I’m a bartender and handle a lot of cash so I make a drop at this cvs every week. I went in with the appropriate amount counted correctly. The employee not only rolled her eyes when I asked, she then couldn’t count the money. Check your cameras cvs I was there waiting while a shift supervisor couldn’t count my cash correctly. She argued it was less. I did not argue. I let her recount it multiple times. While she was counting I said under my breath “maybe I was wrong?” And she slams the money down and says “well now I have to start over because you talked”. Excuse me?! You are a shift supervisor at a major corporation and you can’t count cash and then blame me that you cant count money. And say it outloud to me?! Wow

Katie Pritchard is one of the most professional and kind and caring pharmacy tech that CVS has ever had. Very efficient and knowledgable to customer needs. Thanks to Katie it's apleasure going to that store.

I go to CVS Ocean Gateway #4371 regularly. Kathleen Wanda always is able to help me. Today she went beyond excellence. I lost my wallet. I retraced my steps in the store and the previous places I had been. When I returned I again searched the 2 aisles I had been in. Kathleen came with me this time and there on a shelf she saw my wallet. What a life savior. Hugs were exchanged twice. I was so relieved. What a helpful excellent employee. ?

I would like to thank Casey who works at CVS in West Ocean City, md as she was the nicest most informative and helpful person I have ever encountered at this CVS. I was having a problem with my gold rx and she jumped at the change to fix the problem and did, I look forward to engaging with her in the future, your lucky to have her.
