Outstanding service. Excellent communication. Goes above and beyond to get you what you need in a timely manner. Delivery people are always polite, friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing I could say negative about anything at Donaway! Karin...I know it's spelled different but she is amazing!!!

We love love love our new Patriot Blue outdoor patio chairs. We don't have a huge patio as we have a condo. However we tried other types chairs over time & these from Donaway are perfect. No need to fold them up take inside ever. Their heavy sturdy & weather proof! They won't blow away. They won't rust, they won't rot, they won't age. Just a really smart purchase. Because of sale we plan on ordering 2 folding tables! Best Buy ever. We love Donaway & the sales help are true professionals.

Donaway Furniture exceeded my expectations! The second I walked in, not one, but three different people asked if they could help me. I went in to look for flooring and ended up ordering the same day and it was installed 10 days later! Kayla was amazing to work with and has great taste. She sent me home with three samples to try in the room. I called her with my LVF color choice and within minutes I was contacted by Brandon for dimensions & price quote. My beautiful new floors were installed in less than four hours less than two weeks later! The workers were prompt, efficient and extremely tidy. I highly recommend this store for outstanding service and selection of furniture & flooring. I also would highly recommend Bethany Resort Furnishings (sister store a few minutes up the road) for an awesome sectional/sofa and mattress selection. Sales consultant Rob from Donaway actually recommended I meet with their Designer Laurie to select a sectional. They even offered to come to my home and help me! Thank you all for a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

We’ve been using Donaway for ALL our OC decorating (drapes, rugs, furniture, etc.) for over 40 years! We don’t go anywhere else because the customer care, service and quality of their stock are all top of the line! We loved working with Vernon until he retired this year and since his retirement Karin and Cindy have been great in upholding all of Donaway’s highest standards. Cliff is also wonderful! We will always give Donaway the highest recommendation! You’ll never go wrong with Donaway!

Time for an update so I returned to the store that has always provided me with terrific service. Once again, Donaway did not disappoint. They had just what I wanted. Cindy is the ultimate professional with years of experience in design and an in-depth knowledge of the products, availability and delivery. It just doesn’t get any better.
