Christian Earle & John McNamara are both dishonest. I reserved a car 2 weeks before my body work on my car was to be done. On the day I was to supposed to pick my rental car up. Walked in and met Christian Earle. Told him I had a car reserved. First answer was I don't have a car reserved, then it changed there was a problem with State Farm, then he said John McMamara called and said the car wouldn't be ready to Dec. 2. So that was 3 lies. Christian was the original one who took the reservation. I had to take Lyft ride home. I did fill a complaint with Enterprise but have heard from them. Was able to reserve a car from Hertz in Salisbury. I will never rent another car from Enterprise again and hope this is a warning to all others.Chris R. replied and gave an email to reply. It doesn't work. Go figure.

Reservations with this company are worthless. Doesn't matter if you make a reservation online, or over the phone with a human; they will probably "not have any cars until Saturday." Third time this has happened to me AFTER making a reservation and having it confirmed. I will no longer be dealing with Enterprise until they can keep track of availability and not create a reservation that isn't even available.

The only reason they get one star is because I can’t leave a review unless I choose a star, they definitely get less than one star. I reserved a large SUV to pick up a lot of merchandise. I reserved it 3 days ago. They leave me a message yesterday just saying “ hi we just want to call and let you know og the details that we need and require prior to your pick up. See you tomorrow” my reservation was for 730 this morning. I call at 7:40 to let them know we’re running late and he tells me “oh we don’t have a vehicle for you. We do have a small SUV. It has a third row but it’s not a large SUV”…. And all he kept saying is “I do apologize I do apologize I do apologize”. What is the point of a reservation and getting a confirmation code in your email and a text saying that this vehicle is confirmed when they don’t even hold the vehicles for you?. And you wanna know what his response was, “it’s summertime it’s busy”. No call at all to let me know that they don’t have the vehicle that was reserved and confirmed, just a phone call to let me know what they require when I pick up the vehicle. Worst service ever! do not rent a vehicle from them. This happened before and it’s always the case with them. horrible service. We count on these vehicles for more than just joy riding through Ocean City. I run a business and needed that vehicle. I will never ever rent from them again. This is the second time they’ve let me down.

Every time I use the Ocean City Enterprise, they have gone over the top to be accommodating. Christian and his crew are super friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

This place is a joke and a complete waste of time. We got to Enterprise and they had a sign at the front door that says leave key in key drop box if returning a car. The front door to the place is locked and no one’s in there there are 3 people who are also having this problem waiting outside with us. Enterprise is a complete joke of a business and they need to stop acting like they don’t need to work and do there job. EDIT: The workers showed up and they told us they double booked and we’re not getting that car so they don’t know what they’re doing. What a joke

Christian John& Thomas where all just a wonderful group of guys you couldn't ask for more finer guys that took the best care of me so when you need a rental go see them and I'm sure you too will be given the best treatment my rental was Great!!!!!!!!!

Poor service and irresponsible location , rented a car online for a buisness trip and went to location and they had no cars available and didnt even have my reservation ....DO NOT GO O.C. LOCATION

Jonathan and Christian (if I remember correctly) worked seamlessly with my auto insurer to ensure the rental was available until the end of repairs. Also, my thanks to the person who prep'd the auto. This was the cleanest rental I have ever picked up. (Yes, even the windshield...)

I made a rezervation for 12.13.2022, they called me with one day Before to tel me they don’t have Any cars available and there about like 12 reservation Before me. The guy told me he will Gonna call me in The morning to let me know, he never called. The worst service. Hope you guys will hire people that know how to deal with customers ??
