“This is one of my favorite spots in OCMD. They’re not fully Vegan, but almost. (They still offer real cheese and turkey.) I’ve had almost everything on the menu of my 7 years of traveling to OCMD and my favorites are the Chunky Monkey, Beyond Burger, Crab Cake sandwich special, Hummus Sandwich and you can’t go wrong with any of the bowls!

They also have great dining space outside that’s very well decorated and organized. You can order, go outside and grab a seat. They’ll open the window and call your name when the order is ready.

The only thing they need more of is more sizes of the shirts they have in store. Other than that, I wish there was one of these closer to my home so I could frequent more often.”

He understood how expensive supplements can be and actually broke down the value of different options. For example, when we talked about creatine, he explained which one he would personally choose based on serving size and price, regardless of brand. That honesty goes a long way.

He’s clearly a gym guy himself and was spot on about product quality, taste, and how flavors actually compare to what’s advertised.
