Excellent customer service when I needed my iPad repaired. So thankful I found them with a Google search! Kevin had my iPad working within an hour of dropping it off. Saved me time and money, as the repair was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this business!

Exceptional service. Desperately needed battery for older iphone. Called them and they ordered battery. Arrived next day and they promptly notified me it was ready to install. Took them a few minutes then they checked phone to make sure everything was functioning. Kevin was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend

Fixed my phone quickly, cheaply, perfectly. I liked my phone, had no other problems besides a failing battery, and I didn't want to buy a new phone, so Marquess ordered a new part (actually a charging port) and problem solved.
The owner of the shop is friendly and efficient.

Kevin went above and beyond to help me out. I had dropped my phone and it went completely dead, would not turn on. I tried other places, and had lost all hope, but he brought it back as good as new. Highly skilled and amazing excellent service!!!

Do not get your phone repaired here. The replacement screens that they use are the worst quality I've ever seen. I have pixels dying within a week of repair. Also do not purchase the screen protectors from this place. They are overpriced and horrible quality. Mine was peeling off right when my phone was returned to me. Really bad experience with this business. They need to step it up and provide a better quality of service. A $30 screen protector should be flawless.
Update: 1 month later and the back of my phone is splitting from the frame. I am extremely disappointed in this repair service.
