About Oceanic Motel
Oceanic Motel is a place to sleep and shower, with rooms that are a bit small but very clean. The rooms are not five star luxury but have all your basic needs, including a bathroom, fridge, and cable TV, with a retro vintage cozy feel to them. The location is prime, perfect for boardwalk fun, with the start of the boardwalk just a hop, skip and a jump away. The closeness is unbeatable, literally a block away.
The property features a nice, well-cleaned and maintained pool. It has a private section of beach on the property, which is a beautiful scenic view with a cute beach set up for kids. There is a pier for fishing and hammocks for relaxing. The view of the water is loved by guests.
The staff is very friendly, family centered, and provides great hospitality. The motel is considered a very family safe place with no disruptions. Many guests are repeat visitors who book their next stay year after year, citing the great value for the price.
We stayed here in late August. This motel may not look like much, but our room was clean. The location is amazing and the views are sensational. We spent a lot of time sitting in the sand watching the boats go in and out of the inlet. The sunsets were amazing! We already booked the same week for next year!

My husband and I have been coming here every year for the last 5 years. We love it. It is the cleanest and most comfortable motel we have been to ever.
